I have the 2018 i love it. $17k for the 114 is a great price...especially with low miles
I think the new gen Fat Boy with the chrome front end looks much better than when the M8 Fat Boy first came out with the "brushed" front. The last time I was at a Harley dealer, there was a guy getting his M8 Fat Boy serviced and he said he was surprised at how well it handled despite the fat tires.
No, the older one looks much better and much nobler. But the production was more expensive.
I agree the new one is much tougher looking and that front ends looks nice. I have the 2023 fat boy in blue love it

My dream bike
I saw this bike on ebay Sunday and thought it was a great deal. Love the color too. Just wish they would go back to the 200 tire at the rear along with a full fender.
Theyre cool bikes, just not crazy about that cowl around the headlight on the new ones.

I have a 2018 fat boy and I think everyone who’s considering this bike should know ahead of time that the front tire will wear unevenly and almost twice as fast as rear. 🤷🏾 It’s an annoying issue and I’m close to trading it because of that.
I test rode every 2018 softail and the fat boy was the one bike I cut my ride short. Love the look hated the way it handled the curves.

Beautiful bike, Motor Man! I just learned that my home state, California, won't allow its residents to buy used motorcycles from out of state if they have less than 7500 miles on them. I'm told it's Governor Newsome's idea. If Newsome decides to run for President, he's likely to push for even more restrictions on America's citizens than we already have.
If Newsome ever became president he'd outlaw motorcycles altogether.
So if you save $6000 on a bike with 4800 miles, and lets say the owner lost another $2000 by selling it to a dealer instead of a private sale, then that's $1.66 for every mile (not counting insurance, maintenance, interest, or fuel).
That's a steep cost, something to consider when deciding between new or used!
I dont like the remake since 2018 or whenever it was HD screwed up this bike. To me? It’s not a Fatboy, it’s an entirely different bike that should have had its own identity. I believe HD would have had more marketing success if they did not carry over the Fatboy name and went with a new name for a totally different bike. Solid wheels don’t make it a Fatboy I own a 2012 Fatboy and love it. The first time I walked around this new total redesign it was a big disappointment. It reminded me more of a VRod for whatever reason. I’m glad I bought mine when I did
What's with that huge diameter rear wheel, and almost complete lack of a rear tire? Are motorcycles following the GHETTO car trend now? That thing is hideously ugly. I'm surprised it doesn't have a 30" front wheel. I'm also surprised there is chrome and shiny paint on it. Pretty much all newer bikes are 99.9% flat black.
