My tires are all at 35 PSI as per the user manual... yet the pressure monitor keeps telling me that my front right tire is low. I don't care about the pressure monitors and there should be a way to disable them if I don't need that extra luxury of it being wrong or malfunctioning. It changes my digital speed display to tire pressure warning which I know is fine. Good thing I don't have to worry about my speed anymore... the KPA on my tire said I was well under the speed limit. lol
probably because it would be hard to wire to the car I'm guessing? A lot of devices like that can last for ages with batteries. I'm not an expert though.
Torque rating is for the new people who don’t know how to tighten plastic parts. I’ve never torque a lug nut and never had one to come off. I hadn’t had to replace any studs after installing my tires on my cars.
yeah, and . the big takeaway though is that these things are useful. Winter, sitting in the warm car looking at your tire read-outs is better than figuring it out old-school
The ones on the outside won't last as long due to weather, your horrible driving skills and can get stolen. Also you can change the battery on the inside ones too.
Warning light is on, tire pressure is correct how do I dismiss the warning on my dash
What can I expect to pay for a service like this, installing a new sensor and reprogram tpms
Dammit, this is what public schools need. Not flipping trigonometry. I have wasted my life away.
Very good. Could a reading be wrong due to out side air temp. being low?
This is more of big brother's play to treat everyone as if they are stupid.

So...not a snowball's chance in hell that I can do this myself.
Did you get it fixed, Not Jason😂
Why it use battery in the sensor?

Agustine camargo why you not know how to form sentence?
It gives us one more part to pay that gm dealership price for. .
Think about it. How would it be possible to run wires to it?
Would be nice if it used kinetic charging...
Would the Cadillac still pass inspection if the sensor is dead ?
yes because as far as I know it's an added bonus, not mandatory to have a monitor
Oh youre wrong, TPMS sensor is mandatory nowadays

Bullshit. I drive a 1982 Cadillac Eldorado. Good luck finding a tire pressure monitor on my tires.
It depends on your State's local laws.

Thanks that is cool

It said torque the new stems not the lugs.
The aftermarket ones that intall on the outside of the tire and can replace the battery in them are better than these

fatman2442 true but poor execution by car manufacturers
