@@MrKelleyzinho yeah but in that "southern rock" or "jam band" genre that they are usually lumped in with they never stood out with the likes of Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker band, the Dead, and list goes on. Commercially they did do pretty well but are really only known for one song.

There are a number of albums filled with some of life, strife, politics and drug references of the ‘70’s. I highly recommend these songs: Feats Don’t Fail Me Now, Willin’, Tripe Face Boogie, and my favorite Spanish Moon (the best version is a later one released on their Join the Band CD). Your face may freeze with a residual smile as you spelunk your way along. Love your channel!!!

It's kind of amazing that they got away with it though. I mean, singing about speddballs and streetwalkers and such on a t.v. show!
What's not to love about Little Feat.

For a while in the mid 80's, I was living out of an old beater car that a friend was nice enough to gift me, spending some time on Dead tour and on the road. The car came with a few tapes, including Little Feat's Sailing Shoes, which I listened to relentlessly. Easy to Slip is the song that stuck with me the most.
