We had a game where our goalie thought the game was an hour later so we started without a tendy. I volunteered to play net with no goalie gear on. At first I played as a third defenseman but got scored on right away. By actually playing net I didn't let in another goal and made about 6 saves (though taking a shot to the stomach with no padding was zero fun). With 10 minutes left in the 1st period, our goalie showed up...and let in 3 goals before the end of the period. 😆
Hey Jermey when your playing with someone and they also have a go-pro could you maybe put their name on the top right so we know who we are watching? Just a suggestion.
So we’ve lost to a team that didn’t have a goalie, had it happen twice. Everyone takes it really easy and only scored like 2-3 goals. Their goalie shows up and shuts us out the rest of the game and we lose. Haha
I had a girl on my team and she played goalie and player when I used to play for the girls team for Colorado but now I play in the girls league for South Carolina:)
@@qunkers3597 NHL Rule #60.2 states that a minor penalty for High Sticking is called when the stick of a player makes contact with a player above the height of the shoulders. A minor penalty of two minutes will be assessed to the player responsible. If you hit the opposing player with a high stick then yes, there's a penalty. A stoppage in play results if a high stick comes in contact with the puck and the team who touched it regains control of the puck. However, play usually continues if a player touches the puck with a high stick and the opposing team gains control of the puck. If the puck goes into the opposing net after coming into contact with a high stick, the goal is disallowed. The level at which a stick is considered too high for a goal is the crossbar of the net. However, if a player knocks the puck into their own net with a high stick, the goal is allowed.
@@Xerdoz NHL rule #621 says that if you're playing defense, batting the puck above the normal height of the shoulder with the stick is prohibited and no goal can be scored after doing so.
It's just because these leagues are just for fun and we all have jobs we need to go to the next day, so it's just meant to reduce the chance of injury. It's the same reason the NHL blows down play after a high stick touch if a teammate is the next to touch the puck and why high stick goals don't count, to try to reduce players getting high-sticked. Although it doesn't seem to actually work in the competitive leagues because we obviously see guys doing it all the time.
PUT ME IN COACH!!
We play every Sunday, you in?
I wish I could but I live in Nova Scotia
I am a fan to tow of you
@@CoachJeremy put me in I’m captain
Watching this mostly from the players perspective is much more interesting that watching a game from the side cameras.
That is when you hope the other team has an extra goalie to lend you! Lol
Canada for the win
lol
Just played a game where we only had 5 skaters and a goalie. We lost 1-3 but still a good time
1 - 3 Is a great score with only 5 skaters. That's something to be proud of.
LET'S GO NEW GAME! Thank you so much Coach! You're one of the reasons I love hockey so much!

9:03 just casually takes a goal away from the other team
I don’t understand
Legend has it he’s still applying wax
The ending 😂 "have a great game guys!"
"Our goalie is a lot like our fans"
XD

What does he mean by tom?
Do the Michigan in game pls
Was I the only one who recognized that at 8:55 it was 3 to 4 and after it backs up to 3 to 3?
I’m an 09 and my goalies didn’t show up during parady which is a tournament to see what division your in
If you ain’t got a goalie you don’t need a goal 🤯

This happend to us in a playoff game 7 game. We lost 3-0 ☹️☹️☹️
Your team kinda sounds like my team 0-10-1 plus 4 tournament games that we lost
Yah
If Hayden took this long, I would of traded him...Kinda sad
Goal #2 - if the official calls it a goal, who am I to doubt the official.
В свитере СССР русский игрок?
Was there a small amount of beautiful women and blow involved in the last Vegas decision to go to Costa Rica? Pura vida
Haha it should've been 6 on 4 to make it really even 😂
Who needs a goalie?
Why couldn't you do 6 man and just put one extra guy so it would be sorta fair idk tho

Been to Costa Rica earlier this year and can confirm their "mai tais" are absolute garbage. Stick with their beer.
The ref with the half cage tho
Break out the shooter tutor when this happens
Couldn’t you have played a 6v5
How the fuck you get a penalty for playing the puck with a high stick? There is no such rule.
yes there is
