Cerusing wax is liquid and because of it it will darken a bit the wood and it harder to control. Liming wax is solid wax and easier to control application to keep a lighter natural look. If you want more white tones in the wood grain use cerusing wax
What a lovely piece. Thanks for showing us how to protect a bleached antique and keep the wood a soft shade.
Thank you so much for your kindness and thank you for watching 🥰😊
i've found that liming wax alone isn't strong enough to protect the wood, I always put a coat of Amy's clear wax on top of the liming wax layer
Thank you for the tip 👍
how do you decide whether to use liming wax or perusing wax?
