Personally, I believe Acier > Vanica because we don't kn exactly when she gave birth to Noelle but we know it was very recently when Vanica attacked and women get weaker after giving birth for a couple hours/days/ weeks or a lil over a month and she was fighting while defending her children in a weakened state so personally I'd put Acier over Vanica especially since after Acier's last attack Megicula had to step in to curse Acier and tell Vanica to run
Okay interesting points she may have been a little stronger than vanica I’m willing to accept she was stronger than her then but it wasn’t by much and with her devil power she is only as strong as three captains when we meet her in the story I bring this up because Dante mentions that she has gotten stronger during thier meeting so she was weaker back then so now vanica is definitely over her also the state acier was in during thier fight before her kids appeared and she got her power up proves that vanica was a lot for her because vanica was just laughing and honestly having a good time during thier fight
