ME BEFORE YOU UNPACKED KILL SWITCH: "Not bad...not bad." ME AFTER YOU UNPACKED KILL SWITCH: "Here's my money - now gimme!" In fact, I had a good feeling about Kill Switch's ominous, coffin-like black pod when you unwrapped it.
The little sets looked interesting, and had my attention initially. Little mix, and match robots are a cool idea, especially with them being ball, and socket, but my interest started to fall when I saw they were mostly paper weights due to no elbows, or knees to creatively pose them. Even then, I wasn't against grabbing a couple just for the heck of it until you mentioned the price. ten dollars for those tiny, barely poseable kits? No way in any universe will I pay that much for what comes with enough content to be thrown in a bag by the checkout counter for about $3.99 at most. The price, to product ratio is definitely not there. If they had elbows, knees, and were a bit bigger, then sure, I'd say it's worth grabbing a couple, but those as they are are not worth that money.
I actually doubled on Madhouse, but I was having so much fun, I quickly drove over to Target, found a couple more, and just removed the edit on the double. Lucked out with two more good ones at the end. Such a great toy!
There's survivor, it comes with Hardware, and an exclusive mystery figure. Tag team, comes with Mongo and another exclusive figure Double Trouble, Tank, and another exclusive figure And finally, beatdown, with thermo, and an exclusive figure I have two of them so far. i'm still looking for the other two

I think the price is actually pretty good for the amount of experience time it give in opening. But i suppose, if one was wanting to collect many, it would get pricey fast!
