My oraimo riff 2, one earbud always blinks green and red every time I open the case and I can't tell when it's charging or fully charged. Is there a way around it?

When I plug it, there's a green light on the bottom indicator for about 5secs and that's it. It just stays dark until I decide to unplug it. After about 4hrs of use, the earbud starts telling me low battery.😭🤦🏻♀️
UA-camrs should try and give honest reviews. I got my riff 2 today and it's just wack. The sound has only treble even after tuning with the app. Please don't buy this product. You'll waste your money.
