Air conditioners use the process of refrigeration to remove the heat from a space, that process generates lots of heat which needs to be rejected outside - how/where does this unit exhaust the heat? I see no exhaust duct port on the rear of the unit - what is the units btu output?
For a little bit Amazon was selling these through BoughRV. I got a great deal for about $450 and it was worth it. It cools down and dehumidifies my micro camper van sleeping area 6'x'4'x4' but only in the shade or night time here in South Florida summer.. and does it on Strong setting with only 170 watts / hour through a 24v power source (no inverter).
I love it, I think it is just too pricey though! 😔

It was 20 degrees hotter a million years ago...
A lot of air blows out the back. I vent into the garage part of my van which is shared with other appliances and has a 9" fan vent on the roof. It works well for me, but wonder if this is okay and safe?

Where does the condensation water go?
That is also my question and no one will answer where the condensation water go (or the vented heat).....
It has a 1.2L water storager and there will be an alarm sound when full of water. Of course, you can also use the water pipe to drain it directly.
@@supportourtroops1513 It is equipped with a hot air exhaust pipe, which you can connect to the back of the machine to exhaust the hot air to where you want it to go
On Amazon listing it states heat exhaust is provided: "When using it in an enclosed space, please use the heat exhaust pipe provided with the unit to exhaust the hot air as much as possible in order to efficiently cool the room."

That's a portable air conditioner. Well, it includes an AC function, a fan function and a dehumidifier function.
AIRCONS are Too expensive now days
an 1800 btu unit for $1000 + no thank you lol. Can get 2300btu or 5000 btu mini tent acs for cheaper.
Does not have the hardware a window air conditioner has so technically it not an AC in the BTU Sense
