Consciousness is just a series of atoms and electrons which essentially gives us our mind and the soul is just a certain pattern of arrangement of atoms and electrons interacting with each other via the 4 fundamental forces of nature which essentially gives us our spirit. When a person dies these atoms and electrons get rearranged and that person ceases to exist. Near death experiences and out of body experiences are certainly hallucinations caused by dying brain cells firing randomly and going haywire as they start to die. It takes many hours, if not days for every brain cell to completely die, for every neuron to stop firing and for all electrical activity deep inside the brain to completely stop. Quantum Field Theory says that there is one field for every type of particle. There are no spirit particles or spirit forces that can interact with the atoms and the known forces in your brain and body because we would of already detected them in existing experiments. Any new type of particle or force that we have not yet detected would be either 1) Be too heavy to create, 2) Be to short lived to detect 3) Be weakly interacting or 4) Interact over too short ranges. In any case the new type of particle or force would not be relevant to what the atoms and the known forces are doing in your brain and body. The reason we are self aware, but not a rock or a table is particles have to interact and move around in certain patterns and certain configurations. Some near death experiences and out of body experiences contradict each other. They can not all be right but they can all be wrong. It is not the particles that matter but the patterns in which that are arranged. Consciousness and the soul is not an energy or substance like water or air but a process like fire, when you put out the flame on a candle, the flame does not go anywhere, the reaction stops and that is what happens when we die. The flame is a chemical reaction with the particles that it is made up of. There is no way for the information that is you to persist after you die and there is no way for the information stored in your brain to persist after you die. Your spirit or consciousness is not conserved in any way, the electrical energy in your brain simply ceases to be and will change form to a more disordered form of energy namely heat. This heat is not your spirit or consciousness, it is just the most disordered form of energy, thus all energy will eventually be converted to heat energy.
And you went through all that effort of writing such a long explanation of a dying brain for what? May I ask why are you watching this, since you already have all the answers? Between your cynical representation of the scientific perspective and beliving until I "cease to exist" I choose the latter. Take it from an engineer we don't know it all, we're far from it and current technology cannot possibly pretend to being able to measure all phenomena..

I still don't get it. Do we cause all the Choas in our lifes? Or is it all like a play and we are just the actors ? My life has been nothing but choas. I feel so ashamed and filled with guilt that I did this whole life thing wrong ? Or am I just a bad actor not understanding the play?
We project out to life and then walk through the movie. But even the mistakes were lessons. Best to learn from them and then lift up someone that needs a smile today.
Most likely you have unhealed trauma from childhood or other times in life or even current trauma. I personally have tried it all and found that magic 🍄 trips were the only thing that really actually worked. It should be legal ❤ best wishes

I believe it is deception, call to life, "gift" akin to trojan horse. there are "good" things in life, unfortunately by far outweighed with evil. guilt & shame are normal responses, I question myself being human all day long, every day. I mean appearance is here but I see all perpetual harm caused by our specie in distress in nature crazy were life eats another life, where man kills another man (nature isn't much different, cats kill offspring of another cats & many such examples)...
long story short, false advertisement by God, we are lured into this sshow with false promises. or something else may be the cause whatever it is to me seams highly not worthy and waste. good people are sent to be victims of bad people. bad people are getting amnesty, good people are getting traumas, God seams silent & impotent to change anything for the better in his own creation, which makes one think he prefer it this sadistic way for energy syphoning orgies, one may even question divinity in God, perhaps God isn't so much Godly after all (as gnostics (people in the know) claim bible God to be demiurge, petty wrathful entity that likes to pose like God & trap souls in this hell hole) & if so is the case, it kind-a makes sense, but these NDE people are getting overwhelmed with sensory stimuli - seen this heard that, love, light, bla bla, so they forget to put a stop to it & be true to how life truly is & feels like.
Despite other comments, the first few minutes are a very valuable telling of a moment in childhood trauma that is worth listening to ❤

My brother passed away two and a half months ago.. we only had 2 and a half days with him in the hospital.. he was slowly dying.. I knew there was nothing we could do to save him… he tried so hard to look at me when he heard me tell him I loved him then faded back into what it seemed unconsciousness or his heavy sedation. He was unable to speak and move. But could hear us. We massaged him.. rubbed his chest.. kissed his forehead.. kissed his cheeks.. rubbed his earlobes.. music therapy.. we had an elder come in and sing him a healing drum song.. burnt sage for him.. they even shut off the sprinklers for that.. we brought him safety, love and comfort. My worry is that he wanted to speak to us but couldn’t….. no last words.. just pure helplessness.. just before he transitioned. We did our best to help him earth side to transition peacefully calmly and feeling loved. I’ve never felt so much pain watching my brother die right before my eyes. His death has opened my eyes to many things in life and with that I no longer fear death. For he is there waiting.. to hold my hand and guide me back home with him. ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

You are right...My daughter, spoke with my son after he died. He relayed messages to her that were of love. Once she saw him, and he was making the sign of the cross on his forehead...A lot more of her life, but she too doesn't want to open that door...I understand you...

I agree to disagree. Religion uses fear to keep the believer faithful. It why fear, Demons and Devils, Hell and Damnation was created in this fashion. The loves never dies nor dies out. That's what these NDE'S show. That and we're all here to have a human experience.

I just have to think about the expanse of the universe, and how something came out of nothing. Then there’s the whole Ayauaska and the toad experiences, some of which seem similar to how people describe their NDEs. I find that comforting, and that we may be about to understand this subject with more clarity in the future. Maybe we come from one big mass of consciousness, only at this moment in time speckles of this consciousness are combined with the body, and having individual human experiences. Maybe when the body dies the consciousness separates from the dead body snd returns to source and our life experience is effectively uploaded into the collective consciousness. Maybe ‘I am that I am’ points to consciousness being present in all living things? 🤔

The one thing that I’m noticing about NDEs is that they only focus on explaining the “good parts” about the other side. For example, the over abundance of love, meeting with loved ones, the extreme senses. It makes me wonder what else goes on. After watching 100s of NDE experiences I still don’t understand why bad things happen here on Earth. I wish this could be explained in more detail because it’s beginning to make the experiences sound like a fairytale. Why should humans believe there’s a perfect place when life for so many is such a struggle. Why were we brought here to struggle and why are we convinced to go back to the struggle time and time again. Do our souls prefer being on Earth more than it does being with God? I wouldn’t think so, so why do we choose this place?
So that our souls can grow and learn to love more

Here’s what I don’t understand if this is true. What’s the ultimate point? Hypothetically if we live multiple lives to learn things in our soul why do we do this? What’s the purpose? Does this repetitive loop ever have an end? If there is an abundance of love already when we pass what is the suffering for? If humanity makes so much progress in this realm of existence through life after life in new physical bodies so much so that progressively humans create heaven on earth does the suffering and multiple lives journey then begin in another realm of existence? If so, to what end? All rhetorical questions of course.

The way these videos are done gets really tiresome. They keep cutting away from the speaker to show an eyeball, or a hooded figure, or the cosmos, or other things like that that have nothing to do with the story. So I'll be watching the woman talk, and then suddenly I have to stare at an eyeball for five to ten seconds. I think that in the first six minutes of this video I had to look at six eyeballs. By the time it was over, I think I had to look at about 30 eyeballs. It is so stupid.
This was a sincere testimonial, but I would have liked it better if she hadn't had so much work done to her face.
So if the purpose of our lives is to experience the bliss of this existence then why is there so much suffering? We did God made us with the ability to be scared and to hurt??🤯🤯 its like we get thrown here without any explanation, there is pain, loneliness and suffering but we are supposed to just be blissful?

I'm not saying she's not telling the truth or that I don't believe her, but if the point of incarnating into this physical plane is to experience bliss then why is it so hard to? "Timelines" I experienced this and understood that the timeline we find ourselves on is based on choice. I had a troubling experience one day and when I looked back on it the next day, I saw that had I made a better choice just prior to the one I chose, I would not have experienced the problem. I was not paying attention to what I knew was right twice (back to back). I literally could identify when the timeline shifted. We live in a much greater reality that is not seen by most. I have become more conscious of what I think and the choices I make. I listen to my inner compass. It never leads me astray.

Ive watched dozens and dozens of NDEs now over the past few years and one thing that strikes me about these spiritual experiences and their personal interactions with Jesus, is just how closely the Words of Jesus resemble the teachings of Jesus in the Urantia book - From the New Testament in Urantia: "...I have come among you to reveal a greater truth, one which many of the later prophets also grasped, that God loves YOU - everyone one of you - as individuals.. All these generations have you had a national or racial religion; now have I come to give you a personal religion ". As well, "God is your Father, and religion - my GOSPEL - is nothing more nor less than the believing recognition of the truth that you are his son". Its quite remarkable given NDEs would not have been commonly known when Urantia was published.

God is the most pleasurable experience you can have or will have in this life or the afterlife. I have been blessed to experience that on a personal basis, not in theory or religion, but direct from God, in the heart.
There are some negative comments here but she is coming from a very beautiful place that is the God in everyone. That's how we are all connected. The purpose of life is to become aware of God within and around you. Many times it takes a catastrophe such as this one to awaken us.

I've had most of my life what people have after NDEs - the ability to read other people's minds, see things they do behind closed doors, and feel the lies they tell... Let me tell you that it was one huge disgusting hell and I did everything I could to dampen that ability greatly. It was not compatible with life.

Remember that just as there are many seasons that bring their own gift of contribution, so are there many lessons that come in all forms and each form with a different purpose. Also, individualized lessons are like shoe sizes; one size might fit you but it might not fit someone else. My Grandmother had 3 NDE’s and each one was different from the last but it was still very pertinent to that time of her life.

Thanks for sharing your NDE with honesty and courage. My enlightenment happened in our neighborhood park . I realized we are pure creation of the Creator. We are full of Joy, peace, empathy, and no judging. This our inherent nature. I call it True Self. Unfortunately, as we grow up in society, it download another Self into which is full of concepts: religious, cultural, political, scientific, etc. I call it Acquired Self, which makes Selfish, judge mental, fearful, greedy, angry , jealous. It is also the basis of all escapes including alcoholism . All this wisdom hit me instantaneously that day in the park. Since then I automatically stay free of the Acquired Self. Instead, I live in the bliss of the Real Now created by my five senses. I have experienced the Creator. I experience immense inner peace and joy. I don’t judge anyone. Fully content and miles away from greed, fear or anger. I live my life in sync with nature. I feel connectedness but I clearly see how souls are living in such misery due the stress created by the Acquired Self. I have empathy for all souls. But I do not endorse all the bad actions coming out of the Acquired Self.
