I've been driving passed Harriet's for years, and have never once thought about stopping for a slice of cheesecake, let alone a $9 slice of cheesecake. But after watching your review, I will definitely be stopping by to get some of that good looking dessert. And yes, Phillip's BBQ is FIRE! And if you get a chance, drive about a half a mile west on Centinela and try Compari's Pizza.
Thanks for the suggestions! I used to visit my aunt in Inglewood when I was a child back in the 80's. Hopefully, I can get back there and try some of these places.

It sounds great and looks fantastic. Only thing is I was brought up on Junior’s Cheesecake in Brooklyn. That’s a high bar….but the praline and sweet potato cheesecake looks so delicious!
Recommend in San Diego a few places. Try Bronx Pizza, Las Cuatro Milpas a well known small shop that has great mexican food. Bahn Thai is a local favorite in Hillcrest. There is soo many places to eat in San Diego. It will be interesting what you will try.

The vanilla cheesecake is so simple but so delicious. Its a big slice, too. The parking lot is a different story. Worth the drive, though.
