- Where my haters at? Come give me hate over this one. Using a fork in a cast iron pan that I destroyed by burning the hell out of some food when I was drunk, Steel wool the hell out of it down to bare metal, and just cooking in it from there. And my eggs still didn't stick. Hate all you want, that was good eatin'! U Mad Bro?
The hum in the background is from a pump in a barrel full of salt water. Getting it mixed and heated to do a water change on the 150. - Навчання та стиль

Well fuck, you didn't like my fucking video? Where did I put my crayons....
Love your presentation. You're gonna make me start using my cast iron more now that I know how to properly cook with it
Full transparency, this was supposed to be a private video for, you guessed it, a buddy named Dylan. But the more I did, the more I was thinking I should upload it lol. I had fun with it in the making, that's for sure. And this pan I did run through the wringer, but I'm slowly getting the seasoning back. I wanted to show Dylan that even on a pan that is not seasoned, you can still successfully cook something like eggs as long as you have your heat set right. Thank you so much for the comment CheezeWolf!
"This is a fork." I was laughing already but that kinda got me.
Yea, I was having fun with this one lol. Thanks for the comment Mark!
holy fuuuuck!. your calm talk, and relaxed attitude made me such a better dod dayummm cook! thanks!
hahaha, I'm glad you liked it and thank you for the comment @mwethereld !
Thanks uncle okie
You're Welcome Nephew!
When i get done cooking i usually just rinse it and use a brush with no soap and dry it good and rub a thin coat of canola oil on it. Nice video man. Im from oklahoma too. Western oklahoma.
Yes, I usually hit the pan with some hot water and a natural bristle brush and that cleans it 99% of the time, then quick spray with Pam (canola) and it's good. The "burnt" episode that caused the seasoning to vanish like a fart in the wind..... it didn't come off lol. But it's all good, this is a cheap pan, but is still a good pan that heats fast. And I'm in central Oklahoma. Just having fun and cookin in cast iron!
good amount of oil, right technique like you say not going crazy on the scramble and no stick. I like to throw the eggs right in the pan and loosely mix cause I hate the dry texture and overcooked egg yolk flavor of whisked scrambled eggs. Saves me a dish too. Never-seasoned carbon steel pan and it never sticks unless I'm not paying attention
You are 100% correct. And I will admit, I cooked these eggs a little too far with my yapping lol. I turned those eggs over on that plate and was like WHAT!!! BROWN!!! lol. But yes, I like a little more loose egg, and the egg you are talking about I call a "Country Scramble" where it has very definitive white and yellow still in it. It's probably my favorite way to eat eggs and I may just do a video on that. I'm having fun with this one, and it was never meant to see publics eye lol. Thank you for the comment @insederec !
@@OkieTony :) I'm used to it that way cause down here in San Antonio every taqueria cooks their eggs with two offset spatulas and it's nicer having the separate whites and yolks anyway. ... and also I grew up with my family from the north putting a bunch of milk in there and making fluffy scrambled egg loaf
That I am. Appreciate it, I just wish I had a flattop stove like this
You don't need a ceramic cook top. You can do this on the coil, in fact it's better on the coils, and even better on gas. I hate this cooktop, and I have had it for almost 20 years lol
@OkieTony but my coils don't sit level and rock back and forth lol
So what you are saying is your stove is "Auto Stirring".... Nice! @@baddog101rcgaming8
That's the only way my wife cooks on.
Yes sir! Love my cast iron, even this cheap ass pan lol
But does the cholesterol stick to your heart
Oh, absolutely! And it's delicious!
