Let's say a box popping, that's nicely done. It might take me 30 minutes to get the easing just right, the right amount of accents. Etc. So, to an onlooker, that box took 30 minutes. Let's remove presets and allow the onlookers to see the correspondence between the client and contractor. They didn't know that there was a 2 hour meeting discussing the visual language of a square. That there was multiple renditions. Each recieving amendments from a client. Such as, thicker lines, rounded end, tapered, and a glow. Etc So the finished idea takes 30 minutes to replicate, however it's take much longer to design an idea which is good enough for replication.

There are a great variety of them, I'd say the results themselves are interpretations of the skilled artists behind it, the way they deal with lighting, color palletes, scenarios and proportions. If you're talking about the sort of animation implied, perhaps simply search motion graphics tutorials in which artists generally use mostly After Effects, Photoshop and Adobe Animate for this kind of fluidity. Otherwise, if you're talking about the art pieces themselves, then the way I deal with it is look at other people's portfolios and fan arts to then try to recreate it, or modify it in a different way or something.
