Dabi is such a well written character and his VA in both Japanese and English absolutely make his lines hit even harder - Todoroki family has the best storyline in MHA I think! And oh boy if you're not caught up on the manga, you're in for a ride this season :)

I still don't understand how he became demented like present after he woke up from a coma 3 years later. Didn't seem like he hated Endeavor that much to make demented.
they explained it in this episode, his hopefulness was him just coping to not be forgotten. But after seeing endeavor moved on from him and began training the "perfect child", is when he hated him.
@@_sode Aah so he had to reframe his basis of existence and to make it successful he chose to change his demeanor. So it is a forceful change of personality from Toya's side.

I’ve been saying this a lot lately, but it’s honestly super sad that Shoto feels the need to carry all of the family’s hardships on his back when none of this should really be his responsibility. Unfortunately, Endeavor spent the last month or so completely neglecting Shoto and Touya, so he’s gonna have to fight All for One now instead, which sucks since Touya seems to really want to talk to him instead of Shoto, and I can’t say I blame him. Still though, I hope that Shoto can get through to Touya in some way. Touya may not want to admit it, bit they’re more alike than he thinks. Something I can’t say enough is how I couldn’t imagine being in Touya’s place in those flashbacks. Like, he burned himself up, and the next thing he knew he was several years older and looked completely different and had a different voice. And then he went home, only to realize that his father had essentially just continued on. All of Touya’s fears had essentially come to life then.

Nobody loves dabi more than endeavor. If he just said dad im here. Endeavor wouldve fallen to his knees for his son. Even in his obsession he would've welcomed his favorite son

Touya was 13 when the incident on the mountain happened :( he was 16 when he woke up. All those kids there with him are all backups incase shigaraki didnt work out. I wanna know how tf the government didnt catch on to these kids
I heard that his phosphor can go either way, very cool or very hot with full power and quickly I guess
