Love the common sense questions, Anthony! I own two acne clinics (Albuquerque and Austin) where we demolish the propaganda in diet and educate clients on the real Human Diet. You sound like me!! ;)

The term saturated is from chemistry. It means all the carbon atom bonds are used. It makes the compound stable, so is a good thing.

The most profound use of carnivore or metabolic health professional's expertise and time would be to maintain a page or website where curious medical professionals can access the full suite of the papers and articles to guide them through a complete change of mind. That's probably already done. Such people don't have the time for UA-cam videos. A team of Chaffee, Mason,... could hire a secretary to collate and update the material and maintain a prepared website broken down into various subcategories for the different branches of medicine. I think the world is ready.

@@DianaMcFerran the field of nutrition! The one thing people are discussing here, other factors are totally irrelevant. You know most serial killers lived until they were in their 30s or older, so they had to have been at least socially acceptable people up until they were caught or decided to kill people. Ask their parents how were they? They were great kids, don't confound irrelevance.

Maasi when asked about how long their people live, they say close to 100 plus. Not sure if references of their life expectancy is correct. Same with Inuits when asked they said 100 plus but all these gov studies say otherwise especially when their diet isn't carnivore anymore

I have heard of cattle dying of heart failure, but only in feedlots. Feedlots utilize a high percentage grain diet when finishing cattle, to add fat/marbling quickly. Bovine Congestive Heart Failure

Well... consensus amongst actual climate scientist (for manmade change) is running at 65%. Considering most of them need to agree with the narrative to keep their jobs, that figure is likely much higher than reality. Both climate science and nutrition are a joke, because of commercial influence in scientific "research".
