1010music made the knobs small and close together so you can tweak both with one hand while you drink your beer with the other during live sets. Such innovation! 😛
Florian, you are both my Barbie and my Oppenheimer. Beauty and brutality. Sex appeal in your art that is both exciting and terrifying. Also, adding this one to the GAS list.

Damn! I just plugged in my studio monitors and I can hear Bad Gear in stereo...! sounds amazing! and with studio monitors! I used to listen to it from my 15" 2014 retina Mac Book Pro. This is another level!
Great episode! Unbelievable the sounds you were able to pull out of what looks like a pack of cigarettes! Also your humour never fails (unlike some of the gear you have previously featured). Some more suggestions; the Alesis Quadrasynth, Casio CZ1000, and the original Korg Electribe. Please keep up the great work!
The demo track you made for this one ab absolutely slaps. It's infuriating that you are so great at making dumb gear sound so great and appealing, but what you really demonstrate all the time is that it's not the gear that's going to make or break your music, but your ability to actually make music. It's wild how you learn to use so much different gear, and is so impressive. Another awesome video, and another piece of gear I'm not going to have to go into debt for. 🎉 Cheers, mate.

And if you are feeling “saucy” there is the 1010 Blackbox sampler and 1010 Bluebox digital mixer both the same size as the 1010 Fireball Wavetable Synth, the 1010 Lemondrop Granular synth, and the 1010 Razzmatazz drum sequencer with FM synth and sampling (my bad the black box and the Bluebox are slightly bigger than nano boxes 😳)
I have the razzmatazz and love it. The price put me off for awhile, but I got a good deal. As you mentioned, usb without midi was annoying, but midi works great. I bet these would sell like crazy if they could sell them for $199.

When these came out, I was definitely more interested in the yellow one, or at least I think it was the yellow one, whichever one was the granular synth model. Just seemed like a more unique concept to me.
The Lemondrop doubles as a great little granular fx processor, letting you blend an external signal from 0-100% on either granular engine. That plus being a pretty powerful little synth like red got me over the pricetag quickly. I’m glad I grabbed one. The biggest limitation for me is that it chops and fades audio very smoothly and can’t be as glitchy/broken as I want in some cases.
