The population of Chapel Hill has not exploded over the past decade like Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, etc. and this is in large part because of the lack of new construction in Chapel Hill.

Yes, I agree there are many new construction apartments in Chapel Hill. However, there aren’t a lot of new construction townhome or single family communities to purchase in Chapel Hill. That is an accurate statement just as your statement about more new construction apartments is accurate. Both can be true. I’ve lived here almost my entire life and sell a lot of homes here.
