I started memorizing the Quran after Ramadan 2018 at age 29, I work full time. I have completed 6 juzz so far. Unfortunately my hifdh is pretty slow right now. I need to review previous lessons more.

FAISAL LATIF Jazak'Allahu khair brother. I watched the two videos. Subhan Allah, it felt like you were speaking to me. I have neglected so many things from the list, the most important one is reviewing. I just added the new content without putting efforts into reviewing the previous Surahs. I have the motivation, but sometimes my motivation goes down. May Allah help me. I stopped memorizing the newer portion until I review all the previous 6 juzz, and keep them permanent, InShaAllah.

I feel if I memorize al-Baqarah, then I know I will memorize all of the Quran. It is a calling that I can't get that out of my mind.
