This brings 'Born to Run' to life. The grace and dignity of the people is truky inspiring and a lesson for us all.
Will - you never cease to amaze me, not only your running, but also your love for others.

Fascinating! I have been fascinated the Tarahumara ever since I read Born to Run. It is a dream of mine to run in this Ultra-Marathon! What a great story you have and what an amazing job you did in the race.

This is the reason why Im not a big fan of pop culture coming into Mexico. Our indigenous people have so much cultural value and unfortunately many of us Mexicans do not appreciate it nor do we learn about it. Very humble of you as a runner to have done what you did! Saludos desde Mexico!

Back in the 1940's in Mexico, my mother remembers a tarahumara who had walked/ran a very long distance was a friend of my grandmothers. These Native mexicans are an inspiration and a source of pride to me. I think I'll go for a run.

Will Harlen is an awesome man! Not because he is a great, great runner that happened to win this race, but because he is obviously an even greater person with "ultra" character! I am so impressed with his humble attitude and reverance for the Tarahumara!

"Corima"

Wow, running aside that was a very good important poignant point, made about & after the 8 min mark. That receiving should be as natural as giving and not something extra extended, deserving then expressed gratitude. uh, best to listen to how it's expressed in video. This is in no way a dismissible "given"
