I believe the only way to heal a TF relationship is to heal oneself, that is my responsibility. My counterpart has the responsibility to heal himself, if he chooses that journey. No amount of exercising can speed up his journey and if we are to come into union, divine timing also plays a part. Therefor I do my part by evolving myself.

I met my twin flame and he is beautiful on the outside, but a serious narcissist and very much still asleep. He triggered all my shadows and prompted a purge of old hurts. I love him unconditionally but I don't like him at all, he makes me so sad and I'm too far on my spiritual journey to stick around for the abuse. I'm opting out for now and would LOVE a soulmate that's a perfect match. Had enough crying in life to sign up for this intensity.

Where you at in your twin flame Journey like when did it begin? Through The Dark Night of the Soul where I thought I was so crazy I'm surprised I didn't end up in a in a psych ward. I think it's our minds trying to grasp the whole physical aspect of it and like seven or eight years I stopped Counting I seriously thought I was insane
I'm delusional would be let me tell you what I went through I met my twin flame two days later I went through an Awakening process that lasted three weeks I put me in the hospital I was jumping over my bed hugging the TV going through a lot of sexual actions each chakra opened they gave me a prophecy or a gift and I thought I was going f****** insane that lasted for about 2 months then after that for about two years I'm surprised I was not locked and up f****** psych ward I couldn't tell people what I was going through because they would think I was crazy so you're not crazy you're here for a reason

It went a little something like this:
1. He's not acknowledging me, or being shallow/superficial about it.
2. I'm not acknowledging myself, or being shallow/superficial about it.
3. Holy wow, I totally am. I'm patting myself on the back for listening to my heart and inner guidance while only doing it on a surface level, ignoring anything that seems too "weird" or hard to put into words ... I need to honor my own weirdness, especially as an artist ... my suffering from feeling unseen goes back to an unwillingness to fully see myself ...

Also, conscious celibacy and abstinence is huge before union. Our pain bodies will want to cope and seek gratification, validation, distraction and even justify it.
Through conscious celibacy and abstinence, we can work through our mirror exercise with more clarity as opposed to making more construction on our highway so to speak. I mean at the end of the day, our spirit is guiding ego regardless, so whatever path we take is the one we chose for ourselves to help us. There is no "Do this, and it WILL work"... whatever you do, WILL work, just trust your higher self's guiding.

I've tried everything I feel like Divine timing has been my biggest fan asking say I'm the shooting star that got out of the black hole I'm always being guided but I was in hell for so long so now that I'm not I like to help people. I'm having a hard time with some of it because maybe I might deny or ignore certain aspects but I deal with a constant energy connection where my guys they take back my power or I feel that something is on him that is not once it. Yes triggering is your shadow I'm at the point where I do not get triggered I just have a unconditional love and aspect allows me to see where each individual is coming from and have an unconditional love for them. I do not like people or how they act but I cannot control them or change them but I can allow how I react to them and the decisions that I make this took me years it was one of my life lessons
I believe I've done this exercise and it brought another energy in the form of my true twin. This happened a year ago. Now there are other issues to heal. We are always evolving and learning no matter if it's via our twin.

My Twin and I just had an intense and scary mirror experience. I'm worried but I think we're just bouncing reflections off each other and it's escalating, but it originated with me. But there are things my Twin needs to look at within themselves that is terrifying them.

Actually without knowing he's my TF I thanked him from bottom of heart fir pushing me to spiritual Ascension.i and my TF were in a violin class 28 years back along with his life partner whom he is married to . Not rembered this fact was given to me in claicognisance . Then he came as tutor to my daughter and 1st parents meet we resonated so well. He fights the hell out of me. I hope he understands that hating me or threatening to hurt me is only decreasing both of our evolutionary journeys. Stop fighting me. Stop acting like you don’t love me when I’m you. Sometimes it’s deeply hard for me to bypass so much blatent disrespect he’s thrown my way and still have the strength to remember that he’s me. The beleif that we are separate has to end. It’s startling when you meet your twin flame and realize that there is a part of you that absolutely hates yourself. For some it’s more potent than others. Really interesting. Particularly the last couple of day, I asked myself if it could be possible that sb. could do some healing work for another soul mate. Because normally I thought, that every soul has its own agenda and is responible for her own karma. But on the other hand I sensed this soul in very vulnarable moments of his past and his wounds (there is no logical explanation for this - just that I feel us similar - good and bad traits - with the difference, that he is more the "outgoing" and I go more "inwards" from my emotional movement. That was in October. I was on a point in my life, when I myself had some big changes and fear of - emotionally very similar situations. And... for some coincidences it was the same place - which is very strange, because we are from different countries. Since this happened I feel the connection stronger than before. And always when he appears in my astral dreams I can be sure that sth. will happen also in my own life or had happened. I live with this already since several years now and I never understood why this is all happening. This connection changed somehow over the last weeks. This is not so easy to explain as I see things, which I can't know or in my daily life are of no concern to me. This could be other persons, locations, his family patterns. Really strange experiences I am going through right now. And since then, I'm reflecting about the topic of twinflames.
