This is not a complaint or criticism. I am just wondering why these hand motions are different than the ones on the CC website? I would love to send my parents to a youtube video, rather than have them pay $6/month to only watch timeline videos.

It could get flagged by youtube as having copyrighted music so that is probably why it is so low. A lot of CC material gets taken down if it is published outside of CC. You can download the timeline song though on apple itunes album
