I am trying to work out all the buttons, there are so many but they are no labelled.
So I will watch this so I can use them properly.

The only sennheisers that ever sounded terrible to me were the HD555/595 series. Treble was offensively sibilant. I just ordered a pair of these, so we'll see what happens.

@@joppyarrarya Unfortunately they are bordering on too harsh for me, but in a different way. It seems to depend on the bluetooth protocol, and even the phone. My last phone was much quieter and also brighter. The treble is actually OK, with a nice sparkle on cymbals, maybe sometimes on the bleeding edge of sibilance. They are too forward in the upper mids, and need to be darker, for my taste. Busy parts of songs can have a harsh "ambience".
There is also, IMO, not enough bass or volume in default form. If you have a good EQ, you can change the first problem. The Sennheiser Smart Control app has a very basic 3-band EQ.

these headphones got bass i will tell you that, nothing is too strong, very well balanced sound, I use a song to test bass capabilities of products, shamana-Cocaine, Codeine, and Angel Dust. I dont recommend using this song on speakers in a questionable state. On 35 seconds there is pretty deep bass, I have encountered some speakers and headphones that just go quiet or dont produce the sound at all

I just bought them, and what a disappointment, I have some Hesh 3 from Skullcandy and because of old people they broke, and these were the replacement. but very bad experience. Compared to the Skullcandy, the volume is very, very low, I think they are heard 25% lower. in fact I received them yesterday and today I already did the procedure in Amazon to return them because the volume did not convince me.
Hey, I also considered returning them, until I istalled the app and connected the headphones to it. Changing te equalizer settings on the app REALLY improves the sound quality. Now I'm really happy with their sound but yeah they could have been louder.

I got mine but they seem to be hmmmm how to put it, not very loud, maybe I'm used to other headphones which are TOO loud tbh

Hi, yes these will perform well with metal however you will need to use the equalizer to optimize the sound to your liking.

Just got a pair last week. I like them, but I can't get the Microphone to stop. I've gone through Control Panel>Sound>Recording=off, no change. I've also checked my capture software, and the source volume is from computer only/Microphone off.
It just seems embarrassing that I cant figure something this simple out.

@@whosjozikolnik After some work, I can use them on my PC fine, but no matter what I try my Laptop keeps the Mic on. I just use my old cheap SONYs with my Laptop, and the Seinheiser with the PC.
the Budget Sonys are like one tier below the Seinheiser HD350 BT, and the battery still seems decent.

The sound is flat there is no effect.
