I feel blessed mine arrived last Monday with NO FADER OR SPEAKER ISSUES. I hope those who weren't as fortunate get their replacement unit soon because this machine is loads of fun once you learn your way around it.
Sending mine back it has issues. Doubling notes and adding notes without pressing buttons. Im sad but happy too. What did i expect from a company selling a 1200 plywood desk
Hahahah, it’s an interesting relationship lol. I really enjoyed the OPZ while I had it, and have always been a fan of the pocket ops, but yeah some of their products are definitely “boutique”. I still like them 🫠
Well you better get on it, I got a DOA, thx 6. Took over a month to get a replacement sent out and their customer service department is EASILY THE FUCKING WORST IN THE BUSINESS. CANT wait till they get taken over by a Japanese firm.
Bummed to hear that, I’m definitely intrigued by the tx6 but it’s not in the budget. It would be nice if they prioritized customer service *along* with design

Fortunately I was able to throw a little heat together on it before it went back and it is loads of fun once you get going! Round 2 coming soon.
