East side road face ఇంటికి north side ground floor లో compound wall నుంచి 4 ft setback తో pillars వేశాము.మొత్తం పార్కింగ్ కింద వదిలాము. ఇప్పుడు first floor వేస్తున్నాము. నార్త్ balcony slab నుండి 1 ft మాత్రమే compound wall నుంచి set back వుంటుంది కదా. మరి neighbour ఫిర్యాదు చేయడానికి అవకాశం వుంటుందా ?

I have a few doubts. 1) Will the set back lengths, building height vary for plots in growth corridor area? 2) Is there any minimum plot size requirement for getting multi unit(multiple portions/kitchen per floor) permissions for growth corridor constructions? 3) Should we get GHMC permission or HMDA?

For areas between 100 to200 sq m some change such as parking area and basement level with respect to road level needs thinking. Setbacks to areas with private passages to be spelt out.
Sir! If it is a corner plot with two sides road, how should we take setbacks ? Should we leave both side setbacks for road? Or one side is enough for road side setback. And which side, we have to take maximum setback.

Sir..if there is a walkway between the road and plot, should we calculate the distance from edge of the road(which means walkway will also be considered as setback) or from plot boundary ?

if the road is 30 feet we need to follow same as 40 feet road setbacks. G.O.No-168 says minimum road width 40 feet road. Stilt floor does not include in building height.

Submitted plan on ts bpass with steps in front through agent. However, I wanted to add a shutter to the building with proper setbacks and steps on northwest corner.
Is it ok to construct differing plan submitted with proper set backs?

What is the relation between the FSI and height of the building
Hai Sir,
the relation is as below;
Total Plot Area X FSI = Total Built Up Area.
Total Built Up Area / Max. Plot Coverage = No. of Floors.
(plot coverage as per that particular Urban Development Area setbacks or bylaws).

hai sir, 190*90 means 190 square yards. you will get G+2 permission. approximately you will get 3240 square feet total built up area means for G+3 floors.
