Madam as you are working in wet ic, kindly inform your senior management to go through the rate analysis for ESR construction in odisha's drinking water project. Nobody can work in such a low rate. Due to impractical rate ,and material shortage , projects are delaying. Mr. Vinod Kumar was the pm of kendrapada odisha.
