欅の製材中バックしている時に引っ掛け鋸が外れました。事故にならずによかったです。笹田木材/天板太郎では６月24日（金）〜６月２６日（日）まで３日間限定で一枚板とギャッペ・絨毯の展示会をいたします。

内の父は鋸屑鉋屑を買いに製材所にオート三輪で行ってました。私が6才頃でオート三輪の助手席に乗って父に付いて行ってました。その頃はこんな大きな木をしょっちゅう切ってたの覚えています。多分今は進歩して半無人化な感じと思いますが、もっと人が押したりして丸鋸やこんな縦鋸使ってた事覚えてます。５７年前の話です。懐かしいです。

Was that a tensioning or tracking issue? In any case, a moving blade is a no-go area, you have tools for off-cut recovery, as proved later!
If you watch the video in slow mode you will notice that the saw cut left a bump in the wood and when the wood was moved back to the starting point the bump caught the saw blade from the back side and broke it now the question is why the bump maybe dull saw or the wood moved 🤔.
When the blade comes off the wheel it has no power and its contained within.Beautiful wood the best grain is usually toward the center of the log.

Sir, First two cuts ok, third cut hit a spike, blade still cutting clean, at cut six, the blade is struggling, then it breaks. Let's see this again, later, different blade cuts better. Enjoyed watching this log being cut.

That was a near accident. From what I can gather, it resulted in no new safety measures implemented.
I thoroughly enjoy this channel and my deep wishes are that everybody remain safe.
I hope the extreme luck of the breakage when nobody was near, motivates better safe practices.

Weil er mit den Stamm das Blatt zu sehr gedrückt hat. Wenn das Material unter Spannung steht und dann noch zu viel Druck ausgeübt wird kann es reißen bzw vom Rat springen was hier passiert ist. Diese Firma hat absolut null Sicherheitssysteme um das zu vermeiden. Da fragt man sich echt warum Asiaten länger leben wie Europäer bei solch einen fahrlässiger Pfusch.

And that's why you shouldn't be anywhere near the saw at all times. Is removing these small pieces of wood that important?
Yes. When the carriage comes back they can jam things up. Or be pushed back and push the saws off them self etc.

工員は時間に負われるので、瞬間的にとっさに無理してしまいます。こういう巻き込まれたら大事故を起こすような機械作業は 立ち入り禁止範囲に侵入する場合は 必ず停止していないと行けないと思いますよ。エリアセンサーもないのですか？
ちょっと慣れすぎて怖さを忘れてるんじゃないですかね？
