    To all those that have negative, nasty or any other envious slur to make against Jason Pelsey and his musical abilities are merely displaying their utter ignorance (and some very unfortunate low levels of intelligence) ... The fact that you felt you had to make a comment shows that he made an undeniable impression that he is purely brilliant and in a different cosmos to any of your so called skills and abilities. People that feel they need to attack and cut down others that have genuine merit for achievement or success are very often:- (1) Projecting or Protecting their own flaws (2) Too insecure to see and enjoy others doing well (3) Failed to have a useful role in life (4) Very Low Self Esteem (5) Strong feelings of inferiority ! ... So continue to make your hysterically retarded comments fueled by envy and low self belief and be seen for what you truly are ! There is NO doubt they have been many many many astoundingly brilliant pianists and there will be many more ... Jason Pelsey is one of them - no question !

    • @KinoDerToaster

      Best part is: this entire song is his original composition. Despite his amazing skills regarding piano, he's sadly unheard of. Think Charles Alkan, the man had a stronger playing ability than Liszt himself at his time but had been forgotten. Jason Pelsey is no different.

      Techniques are pre-made, and not exactly set rules either.
      People have, and can have their own techniques, and styles. I have my own Piano style, as well as my own typing technique and style.
      Just because this guy isn't following any of the norms doesn't mean it's horrible, lmao.
      This still sounds beautiful to me and a lot of others, and regardless of what ever style you say he lacks, the melody is still a pleasure to the ears of so many.

    • @IsaacRossMusic1
      @IsaacRossMusic1 Рік тому

      @@NaturalzFilmzProductionZ valid point, could've phrased my comment better, not sure why I was so harsh.There is no right or wrong way to play piano. However, playing fast just for the sake of playing fast or just playing uncomfortably loud (at parts of the video) doesn't sound the best in my opinion. Don't get me wrong he's a respectable piano player - and it could just be the video quality. He has more skill than me technically, but can't he be more subtle with it?

    • @ImTheBatchMan
      @ImTheBatchMan 9 років тому +6

      +Albert Horovitz Who says that's what he has to perform? Why do we have to listen to music that's hundreds of years old?
      I was reading a great piece on musicians with an emphasis on the creation of music. The best musicians are the ones who create to please themselves first. Sure, those musicians were great in their time, but if that's all we listen to, we can't progress the art. We can perfect their creations, but what does that say about us?
      Look at military bands, especially in the United States. All they play are Carl King and Sousa. When was the last great march? What about the other music they play? It's all transcription of modern pop and jazz music. It gets real old real fast.
      This man makes beautiful music. Hopefully someday people will be preserving the memory of Jason Pesley and his music.
