We loved this press when we first received it in January 2023. We only use it moderately (less than 6 items pressed per use per month). Now it is August 2023 and it will not close. It heats up perfectly but when we try to press it closes and pops right back open and the controls start blinking. It has also started making a grinding noise. I contacted warranty support as the press is under warranty, they responded requesting videos of the problems, we emailed videos back, they responded with they couldn't open the videos (they are too stupid to download them and use a player to view them), we uploaded the videos to our you tube channel (cause everyone has one of those) and sent them the links....There response was to give them significant time to troubleshoot the problem and they would get back to me. I’m sure enough time for my warranty to expire. I asked them point blank to honor their warranty and replace the press…Crickets!!!! Others here have complained about these same issues in the reviews on Amazon. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!! I'll update this review if something changes.
Hi! I have had my Silhouette for years but have never done heatpress with it. My big thing is embroidery and quilting/sewing but tinker with my silhouette for decals. I've been kind of interested in a heatpress but haven't really taken the leap. Thank you so much for sharing this video. This machines looks like something I would be more interested in then the others that I have seen. I've never heard of this company before, so glad I saw this!
Great to-the-point review, thanks for that. This machine looks very interesting, but how do you adjust the pressure? From my limited experience and Stahls teachings, I've learned that doing successful heat press transfers is all about three things - time, temperature, and pressure. This machine seems to only take care of two of those. Or did I miss something? Thanks.
I ordered this press and should be here in a couple days. Appreciate the tutorial. I've been using a smaller hand held heat press and am anxious to try this one out.
Where do I get the transfer from, like where do I go to get things to Heat Press a design to put on a shirt ? This is all new to me, I just got my HTV RONT Heat Press today ? Tuesday 3/5/24
Thank you for this detailed tutorial. For the bunny sublimation kitchen towel, why did you have to apply that first layer of the glossy vinyl ? Thank gou
Unfortunately you can’t but, you can and it’s been suggested that you purchase a silicone mat. It doesn’t give as much as the pressing that comes with it. If that does not give as much pressure you need, use a “shim” that will give you more pressure. I have found that the shim isn’t really necessary. The mat that comes with the press will become wrinkled over time and you’ll need to replace it eventually anyway.
@@Jana-TheCraftyGambler would the silicone may replace the existing mat? do you find a problem with the pressure? I was researching if it can be adjusted
I bought this too! I was so excited to try it. I only made one thing so far and was having the hardest time getting my htv to stick! I had to pull out my cricut easy press and it stuck just fine. Not sure if it was the htv brand I used which I never had problems before, or the 100% cotton shirt I used, or the HTVRONT. I need to make more things to see if I continue to have problems.
@@krystal575 No. I didn’t get any response. All I did was change my htv because it might have been an old vinyl. Maybe try a better quality htv. I hope that helps. 👍
Hi! No there is no fabric discoloration or burning. The teflon sheet definitely helps in that area. You can see press marks where the iron has pressed, I often end up pressing the whole item to get rid of those, expecially before selling. Hope that helps!
I have the 5 in 1 bettersub and its awful. I have used it probably 20 or so times and have yet have it heat to and hold the temp I set it at. It takes FOREVER to heat up. It's awful. Looking like an htvront press is my future.

I’m guessing nothing?
I purchased the auto heat press two months ago and find it really amazing! love it!
Thank you for sharing your opinion and this review. I’m encouraged to purchase.
I made many Christmas gifts by HTVRONT auto heat press, it's really great and I love it!

I definitely am loving this heat press its super easy to use.
I'm very satisfied with htvront heat press so far. It’s really easy to use😜

Thank you for this review. I am looking at a larger heat press and wasn't sure how good this one was or what someone thought of it.
Since the opening is only 1” , is it hard to put hoodies on the press?
So satisfying to watch it peel ! Beautiful work!

what are your thoughts after using it?
@@teesprintandapparel I absolutely love it
Could you make a video on how to put more pressure?
You can't. Just add a silicone pad under the mat to raise your platten
Hi! thanks for the amazing video, this was so helpful. Do you think this will work with puff screen print transfers?
Yes it does!
Really interesting! What a lovely machine!
Thank you :) what about the pressure? How do I set that? :)
Great, from where I can get the printing stuff like words, statements etc? Does this all come with the machine?
Got mines and love it

Hi! I love heat transfer warehouse for heat transfer vinyl and such. US Cutter is a good supplier also and fast shipping.

For sublimation on cotton you need a vinyl that is printable 🎉
I love the pull out drawer and rounded corners. But wonder if the soft pad is better or worse then the hard foam with my Tusy press
Hi. The pad does wrinkle over time. I like to use a teflon sheet under the shirt to keep wrinkles down if that happens.
What kind of table do you suggests for this? I don't trust the folding table I have.
Hi! I don't think this weighs more than 20 lbs, but I have mine on some meetal framed shelfs from Sams.
What is the maximum time you can set the timer?
How would you shut it down when not in use?
Where can I find your design

do you get heat press marks (like square shape of some rort of fabric burnt or discoloration) on the edge?

How do you make the design? and get it so u an use it on the shirt ?
Versendet ihr in Österreich
How does it do with dtf ?
Can I use this for blank canvasses?
Just add another pressing mat under the one that comes with it
How is that sublimation?
I have some other in depth videos on my channel on all of those!
Is this good for dtf prints
Yes, this will work for DTF transfers, and most other kinds of transfers.

I haven't tried the 5 in 1, but I am loving the HTVRONT press!
