I love a rolled edge, on hats, on sweaters, on lots of things. After it’s washed the roll relaxes a bit and gets perfect...I think. Your projects are lovely.
It sounds like you have taken what you love and made a business out of it. Love it!!! You have alot of nice knitted items. Love your coffee mug. Very cute!!!! Thanks for sharing.------Lisa
Hi! I just found your videos, and I love them. It's nice to see someone who is into the same stuff. I am slowly building up to, and researching to start a little knitting business. I also love your pins, I collect them too.
What a lovely video - thank you so much for your kind words, and thank you for buying the book too! I'm really excited to see how you get on with your socks! That WYS shade you've got there is Robin, it's the new Christmas yarn for 2019 so you'll have very festive feet :) xx
I've been putting on your videos whenever I lay down to sleep because they're so calming but I think I've watched all of them :p. Anyway, I absolutely love you and your content. I hope you're well
Hello. Just now found this vlog and enjoyed it. What is the yarn you used for the sleeveless sweater you worked on at the end? It is pretty enough to buy! Thanks.
I started knitting socks using "Knit Your Socks On Straight" by Alice Curtis. I will check out the book you've got here because I'm still not that confident with DPNs. It's the decreases that are the nightmare! Have made so many pairs that have been slightly different sizes xxxx
Hi Liv, I haven’t messaged in a while , I had so many knitting deadlines to meet for new babies etc I’ve had to utilise every spare minute. Loved this video it’s so exciting to see your orders go off , your hat and cowl set looked so professionally made and your new shawl is stunning I love the colours. I made a hard decision and have decided to try and say no a few times next year to knitting requests ( I don’t run a business just knit for family and friends ) but this year I’ve struggled to keep up with demand 😂 and I have to remind myself that I’m supposed to be knitting to relax not as a second job !! Looking forward to seeing your socks , my first pair were too big 2.75 mm needles and 64 stitches, but I do like a snug fit in socks, I now use 2.25 mm needles and 60 stitches for me and 2.5 mm needles and 72 stitches for my husband. I’ll be interested to see what’s your preference when you’ve made a fewxx
Hey you might not get to this comment, but I need a little help from you. I want to start a small business but I don't know how. I have been knitting for about 4 years now and I am currently 11 years old. I want to be able to sell some of my projects without having to spend too much money. Do you know any ways I can start a small business on a budget? Also how are some ways I can spread to word. I can do youtube but nobody will see my videos. I just want your help to help a little business in the future.
