hey.. I have a question I feel like my hair isn't growing like.. it's been like 2 months.. is sleeping on my head/hair causing that?:( do I need to do/put something special to sleep for them to grow ?..

@@sach4997 lol! If your hair is natural, it’s mostly due to shrinkage. Natural hair shrinks thereby giving the illusion that your hair is not growing but it’s actually growing

Did you wear a protective style and if so what was it because I have short twa hair and I wanna grow it but all I see is people talking about protective styling 😭
60% of the time I carried my natural hair like that without any protective styling. Your hair will grow regardless with proper care whether you go on protective styling or not. Protective styling helps to safe guard the hair you have grown and it helps to lock in moisture to prevent your hair from drying and breaking. The belief is if you can lock and retain moisture, your hair grows faster.

Try to sleep with a silk hair bonnet on. Sleeping with your hair directly on the mattress will lead to frizz and shedding
