just bought 250mpl and ct-520 plasma cut both from andeli.. been using ct520 quite a while now for cutting and mma.. never use the 250mpl yet.. thanks for the video... gonna try it

Great video! What setting would you recommend if welding 1/8" aluminum to 1/4" aluminum? What diameter tungsten etc? Thank you for any help. I would appreciate any insight as the best setting for single pulse cold weld to tack parts of this thickness. Thank you! I have the 250 MPL and would like to attempt this material thickness etc. Cheers to your videos! thank you for any help.

Did you ground the unit at the back of the welders grounding location? If so how did you go about doing that, from my understanding it must be grounded through the 110v or 220v line that plugs into welder and not to ground machine to work bench or material (like you would do with the welders grounding clamp). If this doesn’t sound familiar look at the back of your welder and you’ll see a ground tab and screw that says needs to be earth grounded.

At your welding view, around the 4 minute mark are you just touching the trigger, then holding it down to get the auto mode. First you push and release, then hold it down so it is in an auto mode that gives the pulse.? Wish you had done a little talking, Nice video

не варит тк он DC, но пишут, что в режиме холодной сварки точками все равно можно сварить. Вам необходимо на аппарат 250MPL посмотреть, хотя скорей всего он будет проигрывать в режиме холодной сварки, уж не знаю, что конкретно в этой модели значит precission cold welding, но могу объяснить, что такое Intellegent precission в модели 250GPLC

Hi mate i brought the andelli 250mpl welder and when i go to use it as soon as i get about 25mm from the metal it starts to arc without touching the trigger and if i use cold pulse it starts ok and when i let my finger of the trigger it keeps pulsing i have to turn the machine off and back on again to stop it, i have email to andelli and they said it was normal did you have any trouble with yours piece of crap as far as im concerned
Try using 2T mode
The trigger switch is probably broken. Try using the foot switch instead, and if that solves the problem, have your trigger switch repaired.

Ну аппарат для таких криворучек, даже на таком режиме ровно не может провести... А все это можно сварить на обычном аргоне , не говоря уже об ручнике или полуавтомате
