You’re right, whenever I’m asked about motherhood I do mention the bad such as the hardship that comes with it. However, those hardship also comes with rewards such as watching your child’s first step, when they call you mama, when they start talking and learning to express themselves. It’s always a proud moment and it shows that those hardship will never last, children grown and you’ll never be stuck in a situation you find hard. Motherhood is a blessing alhamdullilah🥰
Thank you for this Q & A. You got me thinking. I wasn’t ready to be a mother and my husband wasn’t very helpful. Here we are 10 yrs later: I’m still a little bitter about losing my freedoms and divorced. However, my kiddo is the only bright point in all of this. The level of love shared between mother and child makes up for all the negativity concerning motherhood. 🤷🏾♀️ It is what it is. Life is good either way.
For proofreading, when I go back and look at my work I do one look strictly looking at grammar, then another look strictly at what words / phrasings can be changed and one look solely looking at the content!

Just from your drive and motivation do you get alot of comments like “your being extra” from family or close friends and how do you mange that and still keep your motivation levels up? 2. I also just had a baby Alhamdulilah and same finding mother hood to be such a blessing. His just turned 8 months today and started his needy stage this week. Any tips on how to stay productive and engage little one? Been a strong believe of no tv. But lately i let him watch here an there 2 hrs max a day when he gets extremely frustrated. mainly Nature and Quran kinda vibes. How do you manage to stay on top of no tv?
Hey! Thank you ❤️ honestly, I don’t really get any of those comments, thankfully. I’m the first to have a child from my family so everyone just looks at how I do things and the outcome haha, my son is basically their experiment 😂 even if I did get comments, I’d just ignore and do my own thing - ultimately your child is your own and no one should tell you how/what to do. Ahhh amazing! We must have had them very close together. Yess same, Sofian is very needy now. I just use his awake time to do things like cooking/cleaning etc then when he sleeps, I’ll do my own thing. I never use the time when he’s asleep to do housework!
Oh also, about the TV thing - I’m just always around to entertain him and so he always prefers me to the TV. We don’t watch tv and it’s never used as background noise (we use podcasts as background noise). He’s just not used to it at this point so really doesn’t care for it. Remember that we are the first example they see! Best of luck x
About motherhood: I think the level of difficulty depends strongly on individual circumstances and support system. A lot of women have a poor support system, hence why they are complaining quite a bit.
