All those who think "washing meat" is unnecessary , who think "it spreads bacteria", NEED to watch this video for enlightenment ! Most cooks, UA-cam, food network chefs don't wash their meat. It's from store package to pot. Stray feathers, old blood and all!!! I can't watch Rachel Ray anymore lol. I only see home cooks who originate from Caribbean, South America and India wash meat (and rice, and dried lentils etc!) . Thank you Ria!

Okay, so I made this tonight for the first time and I have to say this was absolutely amazing! It was also super easy to make, which is perfect since I have a newborn (one month old) and not a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I wasn’t sure about the green seasoning part at first, but I trusted Ria, and her recipe did NOT disappoint!
Caribbean folks have broken chicken down to a science. The prepping of it is everything!!!

It has nothing to do with health crap. I love meat, however the thought of eating the skin of a chicken or holding their bones as I eat just does something to me. All of the meat I buy is boneless. Pork loin, filet minion and boneless, skinless chicken breast. I know I'm in the minority. It's just the way I prefer it. No fried foods. All baked or sautéed.
I've always eaten like this since I was a small child. Drove my family nuts. They ate the skin and liked the dark meat on the bones or a nice pork chop or a T-bone steak. Like I said, to each her own. 😉
Give me wings,legs and side breasts, the bonier the better… lol 😂. To each his own…
