Are these stock exhaust in Europe as well? They sound pretty loud and good for just being stock. Compared to other bikes were the stock are just terrible.

man, I've never ridden a motorcycle in my life. I'm 45 and I do like them. I enjoy looking at them and admiring them. I will say this, if i were to buy one THIS is the one I would get. that is cool as hell. I may just get one and put it in my living room to stare at it. enjoy that mean machine!

Nice bike bro... The 17's look sweet. Tho, they brought back the 2.1 Gallon Peanut tanks that were introduced in 1948 for the 110 anniversary, and the fact that it get lots of compliments on the tank more than anything else, I personally wish it has the 4.8 Gal. tank.... Gas light comes on at 61 miles and the attendants know me by first name at all the local stations! lol... Stay safe and keep the shinny side up!

Shaneka S you won't be disappointed by the 48!! The Hayabusa is cool but in my opinion way too much power for anything you need, unless you are going to the drag strip. But be safe and enjoy nonetheless!

suto us yeah I still have it. It’s doing well! It runs great. Feels fine with a passenger. Around town it’s great. Highway not so much

What’s the difference between the 48 and 883?
Edgar coral ergonomics are different but main difference is the engine. 883cc vs 1200cc

That's a bad ass bike. Shit both are. I'm too far for sportsbikes. I used to want one ten years ago but I'm going to buy a Harley next year and am contemplating this or the dyna. What do you think?

+05 mustang gt tough choice. I rode both this bike and the dyna low rider s before I bought this and they were both great. For me, I wasn't looking to spend too much and I really liked the slim, simple look of the forty eight. The low rider s was like a rocket ship it was pretty awesome. It's considerably heavier and a bit more expensive. If you are comfortable with those two things I'd say go with the dyna. If you're really on the fence about it then hopefully this helps lol. When it comes time for you to buy I definitely recommend test riding the bikes before you make your decision.
Hows the bike passenger wise. Is it comfy?
Carlito's Way well I’d say it’s as comfy as it will get on a sportster, which isn’t really built for two.
All of the passengers that I’ve had said it’s much better than riding passenger on my r6 lol so that may not say much.
As the rider, I’m comfortable on it with a passenger behind me.
I haven’t heard any complaints nor do I have any. :)

+XxDarkOceanxX if you are a fan of cruisers and you don't mind spending a little extra on a Harley, I think the Sportster family is a great fit. I'm not sure if is more expensive to maintain than some Japanese alternatives, though. These bikes are much lighter than other harley models and the Sportster iron 883 is a smaller engine and also a good option :)

Sportsters have the most reliable motorcycle engine ever made. The "Evo" is absolutely good for 100,000 miles with very simple maintenance. The "Street" models are still quite new; reliability of them has not been determined.
Dont forget a bigger gas tank.. ;)

Zane Thuzar always a hater in the group.. my first sportster was a 68 shovelhead... bought it for 500$ it was a garage find sorta.. old lady died her nephew got everything and i showed up to mow grass and went home pushing a HD..
Liam Standish man I wish I had a story as cool as that. My first bike, the R6, I bought from one of my high school teachers. Super cool dude. He held onto it for a whole year after I graduated high school just so I could buy it. Like I said not as cool a story but an interesting one
