Brother...Don't spread such rumors. Madhuri's first sone was born in March 2003. Devdas got premiered in Cannes in May 2002. Such rumor must be stopped. I know she is the most graceful dancer Bollywood ever had but the fact was she attained good weight, so in this song, she was not as fragile as Aishwarya.

Whilst Ashwariya is undeniably a great overall dancer, Madhuri brings a certain grace and elegance to any traditional dance form she undertakes that is unmatched and screams of divinity.
It also may interest you to know that Madhuri is 7 years older than Aish and pregnant in this song, so you don't actually get to see her full capabilites. She was pregnant for alot of the film Devdas' songs and actually lost that baby but still did a magnificent job in Maar Dala and Kahe Chhed Mohe.
It's no surprise that almost no-one else has mentioned Madhuri. She is often forgotten in favour of younger actresses but she is unbelievably talented and should not be overlooked in favour of your Katrinas, Priyankas, Deepikas and even Aishwariyas. Alot of these actresses were actually inspired by Madhuri, as children.

I feel the same. I started my own Bollywood reaction channel because I was sick of all the people out there not reacting to Madhuri content when she is clearly the most legendary person in Bollywood and surpasses any of the Khans in talent.. I get why non Indians don't know about her but you have some of these HUGE reaction channels like Jaby Koay and OSR and they fawn over SRK and all these other actors but don't seem to understand the magic that is Madhuri. Madhuri is the dance queen of Indian cinema. she was pregnant though, during the shoot of dola re dola and hence just a little bit low on energy than aishwarya otherwise, Madhuri is better than her in dancing and that's saying something coz aish herself is a terrific dancer too.

So, it's not about if Aishwarya is Deepika's mentor... Aishwarya is like above all, she's a dancer in soul. Deepika works so hard to pull out moves, she always have teachers on set because she's not a dancer, she can learn and copy moves that's it, and she belongs to the generation of actresses born with social media that's why foreigners know her more, while Aishwarya is not.
