This property is super expensive. You've got to be coming in with dollars like me to afford it, yet it's not even at par with the American standard. They must understand that the house they are selling is part of the community at large and the Philippines isn't that sound when it comes to that i.e political, infrastructures, health care, safety and a lot more. This is an American price. If I have to retire in this house I'd still have to work to recoup the investment I've spent into acquiring it. If I could work at all. Wake up!
