Great video as usual JT. Most of what she said was correct. The one part she was off about is general notary work. The same way you can make $50-250 for loan signings, is the same way you can charge $125-225 for mobile service to do people's docs. I've had loan signings in the same apartment complex I live in, and i wasn't limited by the mileage allowance. Just like the mobile general notary work isn't limited like that.

Yes you can. You do not have to be a notary to own a signing service. Just like you don't have to be a hair stylist to own a salon.
