It was a chilly opening day and that was a typical early season game for the Mets. The only memories I had of this game was Doc not having his best outing and my first impression of Carter was, he's a clutz but later that game redeemed himself with a strong finish. I've been watching other older games too, so thanks for the idea. Currently halfway through 8.12.2006, Mets at Nats.
