One thing that has seemingly become pretty universal: the housing market is dead in the water. Also, parents that go "You're 18, you're on your own." are the worst. Feels so irresponsible.
"How much would rent be? ...Free? Okay, you know that sounds even more suspicious." Okay, fine. How about one kiss a month? 😏 "Okay, I walked right into that one..."
to be honest here, this is not a national problem. It's actually happening globally in every country. It's so hard that some people even go homeless because the landlords are raising the prices, the gas/electricity/water companies are doing that too. Luckily I somewhat predicted that. I have a small 4 room house in Spain where I currently live, 1 apartment in Germany that I'm renting to a friend of mine and he's living with some woman there for 430$ monthly and in Poland I have 2 houses which I'm now renting for free to my family and I'm currently searching for a electrician and plumber to finish the third house. I guess selling my smartphone/PC repair store, opening a 3D printing store on eBay (selling spare parts and rubber phone cases) and investing 20.000€ into Bitcoins back in 2018 was a good idea but I don't know if it was a good idea to build the 3 houses in Poland since this country is probably going into full WW3 mode after a rocket bombed some polish farm and killed 2 or 5 people. Well, you only live once and we learn from our mistakes 😅 At least all the houses are fully insured against everything in a reputable polish insurance company.
@@nabro4364 Actually I most likely was some sort of banker or investor in my previous life 😅 I was actually poor, lived in a small village with my entire family. But then, in 2009 I won 30.000€ in w lottery which actually not bad since the main price was 100.000€ and I didn't spend it right away. I put it into my bank account where it was sitting for over 4 years until I finished the high school, went working at a dealership for 3 years to get a degree in Marketing and then I started my own shop where I employed people and also gave some education classes for device refurbishing. But still, I never flexed around with the money, I still think about every single cent that I spend. Also I ever bought expensive crap like Luis V. pants or something like that, I use my phones for at least 4 years and I just have two cars which aren't that expensive. A BMW E87 5-door variant and a Toyota Supra MK2 which I repaired by myself with the help of the internet and YT tutorials. In the end I can only say, Don't be proud of your money, as it will never satisfy your. People have a loads of them and they're never happy. Sure, it's nice to be a millionaire and afford everything but it's not as satisfying as saving money and finally buying something that you always wanted to own.
Yessss, another part for the Reformed Yandere. This is easily my favorite series on this channel, by far!
Part of me is excited to see where this series is going, part of me is super concerned for her.
Fake: "The only way to make rent is to live with a yandere."
Me: "Ok, what's the down-side of that arrangement?"
So you haven’t been listening to what they’ve been saying
Yes, another part! One of the best Yandere series around!
I was excited for a new part of this
confession time: sometimes I skip to the end of the video to hear the stinger first
I hope that you are feeling better, Fake
