I think that govt would have not deported the students had they been from some major european country , united Kingdom or Australia. People, students from those countries get extra privileges like holiday visa and more. There is a high chance they would not have been deported.indians are one of the hardest working diaspora in canada amd most intelligent people in usa. Being treated like third world residents who dont have rights in a country like canada which brags highly about human rights is pathetic and big blot on the canadian govt.they must reverse their decision because it is not completely students fault. It is mandatory for a student to inform IRCC if they change the post secondary school on the basis of which they got their study permit in the first place. If they fail to do so then it is a case of misleading IRCC and misrepresenting yourself. And if a student found involved in such activity IRCC reserves the right to initiate a background check during next application usually PGWP and in the worst case deport the student if found involved in such business.
However, IRCC gives some time to students to present themselves in front of a regulatory body to explain their case.
Hi Ruby your best bet right now is to update your college on the IRCC records. Its better if you tell them first. Because they will find it anyhow when you are going to apply for PGWP and your college completion letter will not be from the college IRCC gave you visa for.

Sir recently I have got conditional offer letter from a Canadian college through an agent in India. I have sent an email to enquire the genuineness of the letter but college has replied that we have to communicate from email id on record. They can't confirm any details on unrecognized email ID. The agent didn’t share any login id and password with me. Kindly give me a solution.

You can ask your agent to put your email ID in record so that you can communicate with college. You are the one who's paying him/her, it is totally your right to know or verify every little detail. It should be very transparent on every step throughout the process. Don't hesitate please. Good Luck!
