Lol Steven Adams would still be standing

Romans 10:9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂
Coach casually saying "i just need you to guard him right here" and circling the ENTIRE perimeter got me dead.
That was the funniest part 😂
“He shoots from the 4 point line” got me dead
Steph's ballhandling would've been illegal in the 50s tho.
Steph with the most basic of ball movement would’ve destroyed ankles
It wasn’t illegal it’s just that nobody was doing it.
his range aint tho, brotha bout to knock down 10 threes one quarter in.. plumbers wouldnt even know where to begin stopping him
@@carson6259 it was absolutely illegal anything other than dribbling up and down was a carry crossovers were always called carry's
@@sebastienlariviere8042 Steph’s a professional player in the NBA. He can change his dribbling habits if he needs to, but players gotta adapt to the league rules and make the most of it.

Yeah me too
1:53 that slap was hella personal LMAOOO
Steph has so much splash he flooded the other half of the court 😂
The cookie slide go crazy 😂😂
Watched this like 14 times now… Still not getting bored of it. I don’t know how. I guess JDub just uploads absolute bangers!
This video started of to me as an insult to the 50s but it truly gives a message. If the guys in 50s didnt develop the game little by little, it wouldnt be what it is today. Great one mate
The only insult is when people try claim the 90s played like the 50s and any random bench warmer would be dropping 10000 points a game in that era.
The game hasn't changed that much and the players aren't that much better. The only thing that's changed is the defending team has to help the other team score by not "fouling" them. Not hand checking. Not actually playing defence.
Funny shit
There's so many rule changes from over the years the game changed with them that's all. Just throwing a player from nowadays or vice-versa into an era you would have to apply that they have knowledge of the rule changes and how much that would effect their game.

Honestly, if you explained Curry's current playstyle to someone even 10 years ago, it would sound ludicrous.
No it wouldn't
@@younglove3362 A 6'2 185 pound PG who shoots 10+ 3s a game, off the dribble, catch and shoot, some 30+ feet out, still makes 40-45% of them, all while being the team's best player, wouldn't sound crazy to you 10 years ago? Lol
@@younglove3362 I dont think you realized how big an explosion the 3's have made the past decade. It's as big as the MLS expansions in the past 10 years.
@@217ShowOffBoii curry was already doing that stuff 10 years ago 🗿
@HyphenV not 10 3s a game and from 30 feet out
Look at Jdub man so inspirational ❤
"I don't know what kind of wizardry we're witnessing." I lost it!
Our local comp has a 4 point line.. the court is used for netball, footsal etc and it's one of those lines.
When someone hits a 4 pointer, the person scoring honks an air horn twice. It's kinda awesome 😎
“Eleven Hundred Thirty Six Points”😂😂😂😂😂😂

this seems right until you realize that every modern NBA player would get whistled for traveling/carrying every play 😂
The dribbling and traveling of today would cause countless whistles in 50's basketball.

The Cookie Slide💀
You finally posted a new vidd!!!!
The funny thing is that if you shoot around in the 3 Point area the coach will bench you. Back then you just have to pass to the bigman. I know this because in a short documentary about the 3 point line this was said.
Sorry for being late in the hospital love the vid ❤

They are not that good on defense
Might’ve been true during 2015-2018 but every team relies heavily on 3s nowadays, just look at how Celtics beat warriors in game 1 of the finals, they had like 10 3s at the end
I love when he called him Steve cookie
if javale mcgee played im the 50s he would be one of the most talked big man today

Imagine if 80s-90s defense was still legal in modern NBA...
Look this is partially a myth; due to the reffing, shit has gone wayyyy off course. For example, in tight game situations and the clock's running down, most players don't have an issue with physicality in this day and age and can pretty much take most beatings, however, the shitty reffing has affected both the players' response and the entire reputation of the game itself. We've all practically watched how basketball's evolved into a "soft" game, but this wasn't because of the players, as a matter of fact, the players are only responding to such changes in the right way. Let's say the refs allowed hand checks and more physical defense in-game, you know what would most likely happen. Both the ball handlers and defenders would surpass the skills of any previous eras of basketball. Why? Imagine the most unique skills and techniques you could think of back in the day (take the 80s and 90s for example) where the HOFers we know today such as MJ, Magic, Bird, Hakeem, Shaq, Iverson displayed immense talent in their respective archetypes during those times where basketball players hadn't evolved and adapted to that kind of pacing and demands just to survive. Now take all those skills, even the defensive ones and implement them in today's game, and they are a common happenstance for damn near every elite player. If you don't see that, then you're ignorant to the changes that have required these modern players to adjust to each other. Shooting threes were pretty much rare a couple decades ago, and even when those eras' greatest shooters were recognised only a handful of them could be compared to the standard elite NBA players of today. Athleticism has changed widely in this NBA era, and you can observe this change directly with so many players nowadays, because a large majority of athletic players in the NBA today are greatly more saturated with talent than ever before. If the 90s were the peak of all NBA standards, then this current era will surpass it and it includes guys like Steph (yes, even though he's part of the previous generation), Giannis, Embiid, Jokic, Morant, Zion, Trae Young, etc. As a matter of fact, all the skills and athleticism and uniqueness that's occurred in so very few players 20 to 30 years back, are starting to pop up more frequently than before as scorers, and it's not just due to the lack of defensive effort and physical nature, but it's also because of the shitty reffing. Bottom line, this era's way better than the previous ones despite the lack of defense, mostly because whatever standard made those other players unique and HOFers, this current era will blow it all away: all those amazing things are now common nowadays. To me Steph stands as the last true master of his craft, and belongs to this new era as if he wasn't part of the previous one haha.
Admit it folks, this era would be a great match for the previous ones, even if they weren't that great defensively. If it's one attribute to give to these newer players it's their adaptivity.
