Caroline Cory is an award-winning filmmaker, author, and the founder of the Omnium Method of Energy Medicine and Consciousness Studies. As a child and throughout her life, Cory has had numerous E.S.P (extra-sensory) and “paranormal” experiences, which led her to become deeply connected to spirituality, the study of consciousness, existential topics and the mechanics of the universe.

I was put up for adoption and separated from my then 17 yr old birthmother at birth. I do not know if she ever held me. 40 some years later I found her and she did not want any kind of relationship and blocked me from all contact. My parents (that adopted me) were very, very strict Catholics and quite verbally and sometimes physically abusive. I often hear them in myself in the way I deal with my emotions (not a healthy way many times). I have a resentment of authority and most especially I struggle with my feelings towards my Mom (the most abusive) who is now 88 and lives with my husband, kids and I. I have struggled with anger issues and issues with feelings of abandonment and rejection and feeling not worthy of love (by God, my husband or anyone else) all of my life. I love what you're saying but when you say about going back to the FIRST TIME, I fear that for me that is my birth. I am terrified of feeling that and facing that. But, I'll try what you've suggested. Thank you.
I wish I could be your mom. I would hold you and tell you that you are beautiful and that you are enough!! You are loved by a collective of people who are able and capable of loving you. Which is more than your bio or adopted mother was able or capable of doing. I feel for you and your heartbreak. Nuture yourself. You can heal yourself. Everything you need is within you! I did energy healing regularly for 6 months, and that helped me tremendously. I also made time for guided meditations I was led to on UA-cam (look for healing the inner child). I, too, was raised Catholic with a lot of indoctrination. That can be lifted. Stay the course. Time heals with proper boundaries. Again, love yourself first and foremost, and the rest will fall in line. Slowly but surely!! I will hold space for you, dear soul. We see you, and you are loved 😍 Bless! 🙏🏽🌈💟💎🎶💫

I AM A believer that we come to this material reality ready to experience this physical world as spiritual beings having this human experience. This is the universe amusement park to me. What I focus my attention and intention on grows in abundance in my experience. Just like hoping on a different ride at the amusement park, be it scared, excited, thrilled or disappointed,depressed,angry, or any emotion whatsoever you’re e-motions aligned with at any moment feeds your experience 😎
Caroline is spot on! No doubt about it. It took me 50 years of reflection to get to that point and the final pieces of the puzzle came into place in 2022. In that one hour she goes into a summary of it all like no one. She's a Godsend. Luckily she got some help early on that made her who she became as a messenger. By the way, though all the pieces of the puzzle are in for me, I'm still learning e.v.e.r.y..d.a.y like crazy in fine tuning mode. I love it and I am grateful.
We are so blessed by these Crystal children coming in and now reaching maturity, and what great teachers they are! My mission as one of the first wave coming in right after WWII, and what a lonely road this has been for the little girl obsessed with drawing stars on every piece of paper I could beg from my mother. My mother used to draw pictures that all looked like Betty Grable, Rita Hayward, even Marilyn Monroe. But my stars represented something quite different. I now recognize I am one of the early Starseeds here to begin waking people up, when the time came. I'm from an early era, raised without an internet, so I had to rely on books, magazines and newspaper, very limited in their scope, as far as figuring things out. But I loved science fiction, and grew up with Robert Heinlein, Isaac Asimov, and later I was so excited about Star Trek, such a brilliant series, for its time. To me, all these movies are feeding us little pieces of the reality beyond this prison planet. This young lady is another beautiful Starseed, one of more than I can count on my two hands now. At some point in the interview Caroline and Alex were describing situations that brought this excerpt from A Course in Miracles into my awareness: "...you are capable of enormous procrastination, but you cannot depart entirely from your Creator, Who set the limits on your ability to miscreate. An imprisoned will engenders a situation which, in the extreme, becomes altogether intolerable. Tolerance for pain may be high, but it is not without limit. Eventually everyone begins to recognize, however dimly, that there must be a better way. As this recognition becomes more firmly established, it becomes a turning point. This ultimately reawakens spiritual vision, simultaneously weakening the investment in physical sight. The alternating investment in the two levels of perception is usually experienced as conflict, which can become very acute. But the outcome is as certain as God."
I, too, and a student/teacher of ACIM. It has been my sole guide and soul guide for the last 30 yrs. Yes, I agree that our ego-self imposed limitations have been my constant work of recognizing and then choosing to no longer agree with it and releasing each one through Holy Spirit's Atonement and in acceptance of atonement for the ego-self.
I did NOT program myself to think I am not enough. Others did this when I was between the ages of the last trimester of pregnancy until about the age of seven to nine.Our brains are in delta and theta during this time. All we do is take in information.

It's strange (and yet not strange at all), but this interview connected with so many things I need to hear about what I'm going through personally--and what we're all going through on this Earth. Even the last part of the conversation, about humanity having turned a corner as recently as 2020; Before then I was caught up in all of the chaos, paying way too much attention to all of the bad news that was being reported. After that, the thought kept coming into my head that this chaos was all necessary to expose the darkness that was in so many of us, including me--and that thought was punctuated by: "But it's going to be all right! We're not only going to survive; we're going to thrive!"🤠

I think the tensions of resentment eased as reality slapped across the face of Humanity, insofar as Divinities relational authority/responsibility for Creation. When it is clear that no intervention is due in human affairs and finding reason of certainty for the conditions of life is impractical as immature when experience is blatantly requiring intentional attention that reduces inhumanity.

Caroline is a beautiful soul. I met her during one of her group hypnosis sessions during the Ancient Alien convention in Dallas, TX. During the session, I was able to briefly see a blue being coming from out of the corner of my right eye. I shared what I saw with the group and she said that these beings were among the first here on Earth.
I absolutely agree with her explanation of surrendering, and definition of taking action/intention.
This was a fascinating interview! I love her suggestions on how to open the day with an intention to connect to our higher path!

I grew up in Catholic schools, and when I learned that God was the Alpha and Omega, I simply couldn't wrap my mind around this concept and totally rejected it simply because I couldn't remember or even imagine a point when I didn't exist. No one can. I rejected that God is the Beginning and End and held onto my own belief that God and myself always were and will always be.
Simple
God is beyond comprehension
God created everything and hold it with his word
I love this interview of Caroline Cory, so very much. She shared and gave so much truly helpful information of her releasing and healing/undoing process. I can literally apply what she explained and demonstrated because it validates what I have been doing on my own in the past 25+ yrs. I have released/undone a lot and now as I go further on my path of evolution of healing to oneness to wholeness and expansion to the next level of my heart and soul's desires I am needing to go deeper in releasing more ancient-old ego-self imposed limitation programmings. Oh my, Ms Caroline. You've hit it on the nail for me. The trigger thingy according to our natal contract. I have been going thru what I started calling lately "anxiety attack", which I've never experienced) but I KNOW it is not that! One mishap after another and another keep happening to me in all aspects of my life. I'm trying but I know I am not trying hard enough to make certain changes as of late. I have felt (just last night) like I would or almost feels like it already happened, that I killed a pedestrian! I know in my contract that I am not going to be one of those doing time in prison for taking a life! I've been loosing it! Been praying and meditating to help ease this emotion and that I know exactly what it is I need to do. I feel better now. I will not cross any more lines. DO NOT MESS WITH THE UNIVERSE!!! This spiritual thing Alex, gosh! Lol! Love you, thank you!

Does it all come down to saying "no" to the reincarnation cycle and to say that I'm returning to Source? If I am this eternal all-knowing being, why not end this cycle? I do not see the cycle producing perfection, especially having to have the mind wiped life after life. I know I'm off topic here specifically, but still in the over-all grand topic of why we tune in to Alex. I've heard people talk about getting off the wheel. I tend to agree. Enough of the contracts, the game, obtaining physical knowing, it's time to go Home, as far as I'm concerned.
We have a choice whether we want to incarnate as a human or not. Typically when people are told they have to come back when they have an NDE it's because of their soul contract. They have a very specific role to play and their role will also affect many others and they basically have to complete their task. Being a human on Earth is unlike any other type of existence. its a very unique experience, good and bad. Many souls want to incarnate on Earth simply to experience what it's like to be a human and have an ego and live in the third dimension but the other thing is that our souls really grow from experiencing human life. Our guides have the ability to guide us and help us through this experience because they themselves have done it many times so they have that wisdom that came from experience. So some souls choose to come to earth gain knowledge and to grow as a soul so that they can assist other souls in this experience. If you think about it, being in absolute bliss and light and love is absolutely amazing but after a while I can imagine some souls wanting to try something new and interesting and difficult in order to challenge themselves! Why do people choose to climb Mount Everest ? Not because it's easy but because of the way it makes their souls feel once they finally reach the top. You can see views that very little have seen and you have a sense of accomplishment and pride and now you have that knowledge of how to do it. Incarnating as a human is similar to that. It's all about experiencing reality as a human in the third dimension and what can be learned and how we can grow from it. And we don't remember our past lives because knowing all of our past lives would affect how you think and what you do in this life and that would compromise the whole plan of why you chose to incarnate in this life as this person and what you came here to learn and experience. Also we are so traumatized just from our own pasts in this life, our human mind would not even be able to process anything if we were still aware of ALL of our past life trauma. So that's why we don't consciously remember, but our souls remember EVERYTHING. So once you leave your body in this life you will suddenly be aware of every life you have previously lived as a human but because you won't have your ego and we are love at our core it doesn't bother you or upset you. I hope that helped :)
@@05Sacredvalley I had a NDE 5 years ago. I was killed instantly in a truck wreck. I was told that I had did enough this time, but it was my choice to stay there or to come back. I instantly chose to come back. Their words did reinforce my belief in reincarnation.

I love hypnosis techniques and the understanding that we are in a state of hypnosis most of our days and that we all naturally go in and out of it all day. So much potential. I enjoyed listening to Carolines delivery of these techniques.
Very good and informative interview from both sides as opposed to most interviews.
1.The volume was balanced.
2. No constant interruptions and babbling from the host to dominate the discussion.
3. He actually let the guest talk and get her points across which is the purpose to begin with.
I see religion as a highly structured mass assertion of belief that is based on an individual's or group's biased perception of reality, usually influenced by culture. Spirituality, then, could be defined as an intimate relationship with divinity that engenders a natural flow of individual experiences where truth is assimilated gradually at the appropriate phase of consciousness. Very similar to Led Zeppelin's legendary song 'Stairway to Heaven'. What occurs is, in fact, a gradual, delicate spiritual evolution that transpires as human conciousness expands through direct experience. Where scriptures and doctrine fall short, direct experience transcends concepts, language, and the appearance of dualism as solid reality.

Consciousness is everything that exists as a projection in awareness.
I really like this definition, as depending on where you are but clearly draw the line as to what doesn't does not constitute awareness, it allows for divisions to still be drawn, but in a manner that is unequivocally arbitrary, so there is no right or wrong answer, just more or less useful divisions common based upon what we are doing.

Consciousness is not only we’re aware or we’re awake, consciousness is all the things happened around us which gives us a sorts of meaning !
I live near Orlando and pre-covid I moonlighted as an Uber/Lyft driver. I had many people in my car but because I predominantly worked in the Disney/Universal parks, I mainly had those tourists in my car. Their energy was happy, exuberant or tired from spending their time having fun. Their energy ws very uplifting so I was able to work late into the night on the weekends and loved talking with people from other countries! It was very rewarding. Once in a while I'd get people who was unhappy and it was very different.

Important analysis.
According to all NDES we heared, the soul out side the body seems to be quite evolved. That appears clear when they recieved answers to all their questions. Also the great amount of knowladge downloaded to them(as they all say).
That means the soul or spirit does not need further knowladge and wisdom to evolve.
The intention of living this life on earth is to mantain what our creator has equiped our souls with as we are inside our bodies by demonstrating those lofty values (faith, love , respect, sympathy, kindness, fairrness...etc) through our words and actions. We are given the freedom to do that.
Being free to make our choices requires us to be accountable for our actions. The life reviews in the NDEs signal that we are going to be held accountable for what actions we take in this life.
One of the best interview on this channel. Caroline is wonderful and I could relate lot in life' journey to her explanations.

I really enjoy this vid. My one personal hesitation about it is the thought that "I" planned consciously to come "here" to experience and learn certain things. I know I came into this life "unconscious" and very self-centered, and that was perhaps after many lifetimes of self centeredness, in denial of the idea that there is a Source which extended me as a consciousness, along with every other consciousness, never to be separated from Source or from each other, and I along with others am manifesting this particular physical "reality" to reflect my attitude of self-centeredness, separation, judgement, competition, etc. I think it's quite possible that that stage of self-centered ness is quite normal, like a 2 year old human's mindset, and it's only through, perhaps, many lifetimes experiencing the consequences of that self centeredness that we ask "isn't there a better way, a Truth which can save me from this suffering?" Like A Course in Miracles states, we are offered the chance to "choose again". All that, perhaps, is the Universe unfolding perfectly, as Desiderata says, and the process is the gradual "cultivation of consciousnesses". We may not be created initially fully grown, mature, conscious, evolved... We may be involved in a process of cultivation of consciousness, education and evolution of our individual consciousness, and the group consciousness, and despite what looks like messiness around us in this manifested conventional quantum reality, all the nudges to grow spiritually are in our karmic experience, and in wisdom around us if we're ready to hear it. We experience a Matrix "reality", thinking it's real, and only at a certain point in our growth are we ready to hear a bit about the "real", non spatial, non temporal, conscious Source and Source's creations, what lies behind/below the Matrix. That's when we can really start to consciously manifest effects with our mature consciousness and love as the causes.

What we think and believe creates our personal “Reality” - so aren’t there simultaneous multiple realities in play at any given moment within the quantum field?
There are because we are multi dimensional but the individual gets to choose which reality (field) to enter and focus on at any given moment
think of this,,,how,,,,can you have a memory,,,in,,,,the moment,,,,I know because I remember, but others can find this solution by realizing,,,,,,to have a memory,,,,you HAVE to have,,,been there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,before,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,to live in the MOMENT,,,,,,,,you only experience life and that is it,,,you move on,,,,each,,,,moment,,,, we dont have time to think in the moment it passes so quickly,,,if you actually get the FOCUS everything makes sense and NONE of this is NECESSARY,,,, this also leads into,,,the light speed theory and when that makes sense,,,,,reality changes quite a bit right in front of your eyes

Some 55 years ago, I started at University.
A friend and I were discussing, the probability of existance, and the hypothesis was that neither of us existed in body, only our minds exist.
Our minds "agree" what the immediate vicinity looks like, and as we meet other minds, our "world" is described and agreed as to what it "looks" like.
I suppose the Matrix is the same, in that each cell of the Matrix becomes more and more open.
We want to see beyond the matrix, and get to the higher self within us !

Picture in your mind- a protection bubble covering your body. This will protect you against remote viewing. And many other negative things too.

I could feel the shift in 2020. I could feel the inertia building a few years prior. It wasn't comfortable. However I wouldn't be where I am today without the draw of this current. I feel like the spectrum of awareness has expanded. The discomfort experienced was like metaphysical growing pains.

Great concepts guys that legitimately facilitate healing ….. no doubt! Interesting Alex that you cry out to God in desperation but when your circumstances change favourably the higher self is acknowledged for this change rather than The Source / Creator /God. An answered prayer or cry for help is an invitation to relationship with God. God is Love and yearns for relationship with us. Tapping into the spiritual principles that God has established without the relationship is like sitting at a banqueting table but only eating the crumbs that fall on the floor. There is Love, bliss, ecstasy and fullness of joy for us in that relationship. It’s about family!

I really appreciate how she focuses on us being charge of ourselves and distinguishing between completely giving ourselves over versus surrendering to our own higher self, our journey. Very empowering differentiation. The work reminds me a bit of holographic kinetics. Going to the root cause of the repeating cycles in our lives and clearing them on a quantum level
Each second and each minutes an any hours, and each day’s of our lifetime, gives us more knowledge and more information, if focus on them!
As a clearing thing of energies, the Saj Mar meditation process you do a regular meditation in the morning to connect to the source and then at the end of day to cleanse. The cleanse you imagine impressions leaving your spin in the form of smoke going up to the universe.
You could say that Consciousness is: "The Unknowable First Cause", "The Ground of All Being" etc. It has some describable "attributes" but its Reality (what it actually is) is unknowable. One of the attributes is "self awareness" or "awareness", and such attributes as "understanding" and "comprehension" etc. But the source of those "attributes" we do not, and cannot know.
This video is absolutely correct. There is a growing realisation of how the universe works and the part we are meant to play in it. The 'unifying vision' is for people to 'buy into' becoming Problacists, whatever they believe (including agnostics!), and follow the Guidelines of Problacism.

To me, our mind is not in this 3D world, it is in a different dimension, part of the collective MIND that all are connected to. Our spirit is likewise connected to all things. Our mind is the scripted dialogue and thoughts that we have. The spirit enforms the soul / body of the script somehow. The movie we are participating in just works somehow. Yet our soul can leave our body without a break in our thoughts, but rather often an expansion, as we are no longer confined by the filter of our brain / body script. ??
