During his early research work at Stanford, he started to realize that what scientists were learning and teaching others about genetics and genetic determinism was faulty. He came to understand that we are, in fact, the masters, not the victims of our genes. Ostracized by his peers early on for his pioneering work, Bruce was finally vindicated when, 23 years later, in the early 1990s, his work in Epigenetics became recognized by modern science.
Bruce discusses at length with us the importance of understanding the programs that we are inculcated with early on in our lives and how these programs, unfortunately, run the majority of our lives. We discuss how our consciousness has direct input into the culture of our cells … how our cells are formed based on our environment, and what and how we “feed” them.
We talk about cells as the “antennas of self” - how our bodies are receptors of our own broadcasts. We also discuss the importance of creating and of breaking through our old programs and taking on new programs that don’t perpetuate disharmony. And to our giddy pleasure, we also touch upon the importance of dreams: disconnecting from the machine and doorways.

My husband, a sociologist, says Bruce will go down in history as a brilliant biologist whose work is the basis for a new biologically integrated theory of psychology. I call Bruce the most important scientist of the 20th century. His work is contributing to a new science called Consciousness, which Kryon has said will become our only science. Bruce not only teaches the Law of Attraction; he explains how it works. What a GREAT TEACHER and wonderful New Human!

I am never tired of hearing Dr. Lipton speak on how powerful we are as humans. Epigenetics, yes, if your thoughts can make you sick, it is possible that your thoughts can make you well. I can happily say that because of teachers like Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Gregg Braden, and since I've been listening to them, I have healed many medical issues that my biology was experiencing. I love them very much, and I feel grateful for everything I learned from them.

@@kacidee9577 Personally, when I am injured or sick, I sit quietly and imagine myself whole and healthy. Remember what it FEELS like when your body is strong and healthy. Don’t think about the issue or what it would feel like if that issue wasn’t there. Just remember how you are made. You were made to be healthy. That is your normal state. Your body will heal itself quickly when you accept that instead of fighting it. Fighting it is when you dwell on anything other than that you ARE made to be healthy. If I am injured, and it is pretty bad, I will tell myself, “ Ok. This is do-able. I’ll be all good by…” (pick a day you think should be a reasonable amount of time) while remembering how it feels to be your normal healthy self. Anytime you feel pain, remember what it feels like to be your normal (uninsured) self. That’s it. Just keep remembering what it FEELS like. You’ll see for yourself how well made you are. Don’t forget to feel appreciation for that.

I am literally having fun from the time I wake up until I go to bed. People tell me I am 'high energy' and wonder how I get so much done. We'll, in spite of this miserable world, the simple answer is living in the moment and having fun. It's habitual. I am absolutely in love with life. 'Honeymoon'? I guess that works. I had never heard any one describe it besides myself and Dr. Bruce described it perfectly.
Dr Bruce is a jewel. I love this guy. He’s so on point and so ahead of his time. Nobody comes close to the reality wisdom this man offers.
Maria Montessori, the famous Italian educator of young children, discovered that the first thee years of life were the period of unconscious learning. She further stated that the first seven years were what she called 'the absorbent mind". There appears to be a reason why her teachings have been left on the sidelines of teaching curricula, in the agenda to control our minds. It has been said that, "The child is the father of the man."

After my daughter introduced Bruce to me, I have been following him for about 10 years. I have always felt that he is am extraordinary light bearer. Bruce has an amazing knowledge of the truth, and makes this topic and scientific principles easy to comprehend.
You may wish to consider the option of moving beyond Bruce. Start working with your own imagination to determine the course of your own life. Become your own leader.

I heard about epigenetics a few years ago. Could grasp the concept but here is the genius putting the pieces of the puzzle together et voilà! Knowing he discovered that in 1967 at age 23 and that it took ages to be the talk of the town is depressing. It's telling how many more decades we have to see an... awakening of sort so we can go all towards that Garden of Eden.

I truly admire this human being. He is so noble to share his knowledge to all of us
I got SO angry and stressed over a situation about 2 months ago. The same hour the anger began, my lower back went into intense pain and tension. I didn’t move weird…I didn’t bend, run or do anything physically unusual. 2 months later, I am still recovering from that one day my emotions were off the wall. I realized that our thoughts must effect our physical state in a very deep way. I have been trying to be more positive ever since, so I can heal the damage that stress did to me. Slowly getting better. But wow, the brain is a powerful thing.
Thank you both for this valuable information! Part of my de-programming is eating just one meal per day and being mindful of the food I am ingesting. I’m feeling so much better! I’m planning to live to 200 years old but to look like I’m 50. My favorite set of books is entitled “The Life and Teachings of The Masters of The Far East by Baird Spaulding”. This collection of journals from the explorers from the late 1800s is the best information about taking our body with us and many other teachings!❤️💚
