@@CMDRNaQan The way I understand it, the wanted status from a ship transfers to the CMDR in Odyssey, so if you have no dirty ships in Horizons and start in Odyssey, you're clean

I lead him on a merry chase of 50 jumps. Which lead me to an interstellar factor and cleared my bounty. I do understand why you went after this guy though.

@@weisserth apparently. He really wanted that 500cr bounty. I would jump in start scooping as soon as he came in I would jump out. I was in the wrong ship for fighten. The Krait mk2 I had was rigged up for planetary salvage and speed the only thing that saved me was speed. After his carpet bombing I was down to 20% haul. Boogady, boogady, boogady lets go racing.

If you’re clean and have zero bounties,, the station will protect you. If your clean in that system the station will protect you. But if you’re clean with bounties from a different system, AND someone KWS you. Once your clean status changes to “Warrant” then your free game. The station will NOT protect you.
@@comtedeloach2 I know what you mean. I tried Eve and just couldn’t accept that my skill as a pilot was determined by points on a skill tree. I explored once outside the high sec and got blown up. I met some people who could fast track me with money. But everything was locked behind those skill points which would take months to unlock. I didn’t leave Eve because of ganker. I wanted to learn from them and eventually return to favor. But I realized, as I’m progressing up the skill tree, they too are progressing. And I’ll never be able to catch up.

BTW, I wanted to ask you, is there any benefit in using a DBS over the Cobra for that build of yours, maybe with engineering for minimal thermal load and constant silent running?

That’s interesting thought. I wonder if your as a pilot have cleared your bounty. But you enter a previously hot ship. Does your pilot absorb that?

@@weisserth I’m usually around 80 FPS. Ultra. I don’t know what triggered it to drop to 20 outside station. It was almost not playable.
