Asalamualaikum you are doing a great job I have tried your recipes of harissa and Rogan Josh they where amazing now want to try this one but I always have a problem while spreading the batter over the pan it sticks to the spoon and gets messed up . Help me with some tip. Lots of love and blessings 💕
W Salam ,Heat pan over a high flame. Once the tawa is hot, reduce the flame.Fetch a ladle of batter and spread it in a round shape evenly on the tawa.Turn flame to high and cook until this will start separating from the tawa 😊

My mama adds leftover rice into the first method and then make it the same way. That's class, manifold taste than the original tomlei cxoat. She even makes singadee wali roti the same way. But only one difference in her method is she makes dough in portions using hot water and then keep on making rotis.

Ist method mein atty mein na namak add krna hota hai na ghee or na hi rooti ko daambris men dalni hoti hai seedhy rooti bana k twy p dalty hai bht hi fluffy banti hai my method
