A lot of people think people of East Asian descent only have long, straight, and sleek hair. I have thick, curly, and poofy hair. I love it but growing up, it was a journey to understand and appreciate my hair. Thank you for bringing a different view of beauty to our community.

Growing up I always wanted Curly hair because my moms best friend has beautiful tight curls, but now that I am older , I realize how much work it actually is to take care of curly hair and love my straight thick hair. Don't get me wrong, it is not perfect and mine is usually puffy untouched but it's way less work and product to buy than curly hair. But curly hair is gorgeous

Her hair isn’t curly it’s wavy, my boyfriends hair is exactly the same . When u met him his hair was long and wavy, once he cut it all off his hair that grew out was straight and continued to grow out straight and his hair is once again wavy
ice cream no it is not. If a persons hair is curly they’re short bald hair growing out would be curly . So no her hair is not curly . The movement she makes as her hair is drying causes it to wave up. I’m sure when she gets out the shower all she does is just scrunch her hair up to make it look like that or she just drys it with a towel. Like I said my bf hair did the exact same it looked curly but in all actuality it was not . Currently his hair is growing out from being short and is NOT curly it is straight .
