I mean it's not bad because literally every nation is the world is under debt of some other country so it's isn't much of a problem, the only way we can improve our ratings on Moody's etc rankings is by having a stable govt. At both state and centre, little to no corruption at all, flexible policies for international investors to invest in our nation and by improving our judiciary and making it efficient which will take atleast 15-20 years more if a govt like bjp comes into in future which is stable at both centre and state and has aggressive yet reasonable foreign affairs minister like Jai Shankar.

The MTHL bridge does not have the structural strength or stability to handle the addition of a double decker for metro or a metro pillar based system in the middle. It could have been done in the initial design stage but that would involve changing the single pillar structure (MTHL is based on single pillar at the base of the bridge) to dual pillars for support for double-decker bridge or metro carriageway. The plan was rejected as being too expensive 3 years back.
