As of 2024 it seems there is no long an assessment day stage. It's now 2.5 hour branch visit with 40 minutes interview with area manager. Really easy btw you are paired with one of the employees & you just need to ask lots of questions get stuck in.
@@Thezazaas sadly the company does not offer the level of opportunity it once did. ERAC is a great company but it is not growing as it once did and because of that the pay is not what it was.....still great ownership but not sure what they are offering as far as growth.
@@JobReadyEnglish thanks for the reply sorry I meant the interview in the branch when you go to visit what to expect and do also do u need to travel a lot while fetching cars and do they expect u to walk or can u take there cars to drop of
I worked for Enterprise as sales clerk in Switzerland. I applied via a private job agency. Only took a couple of days until they told me I was invited to the Enterprise station. There was only one easy interview with the station manager and the supervisor, like 20 minutes or so. But it didnt feel like an interview really, was more like a nice conversation. Got the job the same day. Unfortunately everybody but the station manager and one detailer got fired in 2020 because of covid. Was the easiest money ever. Earnings where about 3700 CHF after taxes (+ SalesBonuses)
