North America's 5 pm traffic is Lagos's every minute traffic 😂 People used to use bikes to avoid the traffic, but they have been banned, so it's no longer an option

It looks like a place where green living could thrive - people taking walks and those with ebikes or simple mountain bikes riding on designated bike lanes....

Yes, the reason why the conversion is sometimes wrong is cuz the bank exchange rate is not the same black/back market exchange. The black/back market is slightly higher (e.g of its *462 naira* to a dollar in the bank, it can go for *480 naira* to a dollar in the black/back market).Which a lot of ppl prefer. Stan to be corrected.

US consulate just did groundbreaking for their biggest consulate in the world. Once built, it’ll attract other embassies to it.
It’s $45,000 (20,000,000 naira)and some change to rent at the tower at the time of the video, not sure the pricing in 2023
Oh, I get it now, Nigerians and Ghanians pay rent yearly or two years, but still thats a lot. Thats crazy, its like New Yorkers who pay $4,500 monthly.
Guys I forgot to tell you also that centrery city in Abuja is also under construction....... many buildings has been built......the city is ten times the size of Eko Atlantic city..........
Many buildings have NOT been built. They're building some of the infrastructure, some of the villas, and a welcome/sales center.

That city will be something else by the time it'scompleted. It's home to the biggest American consulate, home to the biggest seaport in Africa. Home to one of the biggest private Refiners, home to the biggest petrol chemical industry and home to Lagos state international Airport and more.

Couple there is nothing like that project all what you see is only 2 long storey apartment....everything is 3D. Trust me....this project has been there for long time is lacking financial assistance
