Very happy its a live album, because it gives a great appriciation for the suff that came before that album, since they do what hammerfall does, mixing some new stuff with some of the older stuff.
Great interview!! I been listening to HammerFall for 18 years, with (Crimson Thunder and One Crimson Night, their live performance in Gothenburg 2003) and they have never made me disappointed. Because i know what they are doing, And i feel like this might be one of their best albums, Cannot wait for the album that comes out in 2 weeks, And yes Joacim sounds so good in this song, and he is ofcourse my favorite singer of all time, Theres no one that will be better in my opinion! \m/ They really saved Heavy Metal in the 90s, and they keep doing that today!
about the same thing here, first discovered them when they were on voxpop on tv (voted like crazy to keep them at nr1) and then saw them live for the one crimson night show.
First time I saw Hammerfall live was at Wacken in 2001 (almost 21 years, time flies) and one of the things I remember was the drums sound. Massive, a real beast Anders Johansson (the drummer at that time). Never knew why he left the band because he still playing in other bands.
He left because he was tired of playing on the same cities and stuff. He just left without saying anything, There is probably a bigger story about it. But David is their 2nd best drummer after Patrik

I actually really like Reveries, Not Today, and State of the W.I.L.D. maybe the best on the album, but the entire album is very solid.
